"You will, you will." Leon whispered softly, holding her close and kissing her cheek gently, "Don't worry butterfly, you will,"

Towards the end of the club, Violet was sat outside on the hood of her car waiting for Cameron, hoping to surprise him by picking him up.

Vanessa just sobbed into his shoulder then.

Cameron headed out of the building quietly, his bag only resting on one of his shoulders because he felt a bit too 'nerdy' if he wore it properly. Every so often he glancing over his shoulder quietly.

Leon just held her close.

Violet put her fingers to her mouth and let off a high pitched whistle in order to attract Cameron's attention.

"What if she grows up and she just doesn't feel anything for me because I wasn't there?"

Patience had come out of a door further down the building and was arguing quietly with a shaded figure who had been waiting for her. Her voice was quiet but she was gesticulating wildly, throwing him arms about.

Cameron's head jerked up at the noise and he smiled lightly when he saw Violet, wandering over to her and asking, "What're you doing here?"

"She won't Ness, she won't. It'll be okay."

"Just because dad's ignoring me and I don't feel secure enough in myself to talk to Malvolio doesn't mean I don't still care about my little brother." Violet shrugged.

"How do you know?"

"Mm," Cameron hummed a little but doubtfully. "There's a quiet girl I've started to notice, you know, she stinks of one of our kind but in a really weird not out kind, kinda human, sort of way."

"I just do,"

"Maybe she's been fed on, don't worry about it Cammy."

Vanessa just shook her head, cringing a little when Karina started screaming again.

"Go try and calm her down," Leon told her quietly, "Bet you'll be able too,"

"Mm," Cameron frowned, "But that'd mean she knows…"

"What the hell are you doing here?" Patience hissed, tugging her shirt sleeves down as if on habit. "I thought you were staying a home!"

"It got dark and you weren't home, I thought I could come out and get you," Dontae muttered, taking hold of her wrist. "And, y'know..." He trailed off pointedly, squeezing her wrist.

"Or she might be compelled."

Vanessa shook her head, "It's you she wants."

"Mm, and if she isn't? And we all get found out? I hate moving, I hate it."

"Go to her, Ness," Leon told her quietly.

Vanessa nodded before getting up and heading into Karina's room, picking her out of her crib silently and cradling her.

"Well you're gonna have to move eventually anyway."

"I can't believe you're here though," Patience hissed. "It doesn't matter if I'm late or not, you do not go outside. What if you hurt someone?" She yanked her hand free to grab his wrist in return, tugging him towards the car park as quick as she could. "And stop with the freaky eyes Dontae. We're outside. In public."

"It doesn't mean I enjoy moving though," Cameron shrugged, lifting his gaze up when he heard Patience voice, "That's the girl I was on about, other there with that guy." he motioned with his head.

Leon watched.

Violet nodded a little at what he said, turning her gaze where he pointed.

Karina soothed instantly, simply not liking being left on her own in the room.

"Told you, Ness," Leon called through  to her gently.

Vanessa said nothing, simply holding Karina close to her and occasionally kissing the top of her head as she rocked gently.

Patience shoved Dontae in front of her, though she seemed to struggle considering his height on her and she started rummaging viciously through her bag for her car keys. Her sleeve had been pushed up by the edge of the bag and she quickly shoved the edge back down, before the bite mark that was present on her forearm couldn't be seen by other students leaving from clubs.

Cameron just studied them silently.

Len watched quietly from the doorway.

"Go help your damsel in distress if that's what you want to do Cammy."

Vanessa just held Karina closely until she'd fallen asleep, though as she was rested over her shoulder, Vanessa didn't realise.

Cameron wrinkled his nose in a little bit at that, "Viol don't be embarrassing. That's embarrassing, I'm watching, is all. Just like you are. Why don't you go help her?"

"She's fallen asleep Ness, see, she loves you just as much as she loves me."

"Because I don't give a crap, you on the other hand do."

"She's sleeping because she's tired, not because she loves me." Vanessa whispered, shifting so Karina was laying in her arms before moving into their room and sitting on the bed, gently cradling the baby to her.

Patience yanked open the car door, looking around nervously before she shoved Dontae into the passenger seat and hissed something at him before slamming the door in his face and quietly gulping in air, as if trying to stave off a panic attack.
