"You've forced me so I have no choice either way, right? So I don't see why you're worrying so much about it." Camila replied quietly, lifting her gaze up to the sky.

"It's happening." Karl confirmed with a nod.

"Hi," Klaus greeted, opening the car door for her to get in as he asked, "How're you?"

"She won't hate you, she's our mum. She can't hate us."

Astrid just stayed at his side, holding him as tightly as she could and whispering sweet nothings into his ear to try and soothe him, give him something to focus on other than the pain.

Kol sobbed for well over an hour, pulling at his hair.

"Good, you?" Ana grinned as she got in.

"Grandpas parents hate him."

"Didn't think it'd be so soon."

"My poor pretty boy," Astrid whispered, tangling her fingers in his hair with a deep sigh, pressing her lips to the side of his head before whispering, "What did they do to you? What did those awful people do to you.. please tell me. Please."

"Okay," He confirmed with a nod, closing the door before getting into the car himself and starting it up.

LJ frowned deeply in response to that, "But they were awful people, mum isn't an awful person - nor is dad. I think you're okay, don't worry."

"It could of been sooner,"

She just muttered something incoherent in response to that.

"So, where we going?" Ana hummed.

"She'll be upset. Try to guilt me into staying"

"Only when you've been yelling at me... just tell me the worst thing?" Astrid asked quietly, brushing her fingertips through his hair affectionately and rocking back and forth with him gently to try and calm his sobs, "What's the worst thing they done to you?"

"That wouldn't be right of her though, you've worked hard for this. Don't let her guilt you into staying, you'll regret it if you don't go Kari."

"A restaurant." He replied with a quiet laugh, "I know it's stereotypical but I couldn't think of anything else."

Karl nodded.

"A restaurants fine, perfect for a date." Ana nodded with a smile.

"Maybe me fretting over it like this is a sign to not go..."

Eri wrinkled her nose then and moved to lay back. "Looks like I have a lot to learn."

"Don't push me Astrid, just leave it." Kol bit out.

"I just want to know, that's all.. things bother you constantly until you tell someone about them but if your not ready to share than okay, that's fine, just fine, I'll stop." Astrid whispered as she brushed her fingers through his hair gently. "I'm just glad you're here, glad I've got you back."

"What'd you mean?"

Klaus rolled his eyes intially at the word 'date', just driving silently then.

"No, it's a sign you're nervous - which is natural."

"Oh I'm sorry, I was under the impression this was a date." Ana whispered when she saw him roll his eyes.

"I mean the last time I was a mum there was no such thing as bottles and bouncers and cots and sterilisers and baby food. No such thing as nappies or wipes or dummies."

After another hour or so Kols sobs subsided.

"Maybe I should turn them down Jay..."

"I need to learn all of that aswell, we'll be fine, Eri. Don't worry." Karl assured gently.

Astrid continued to whisper sweet nothings into his ear even when his sobs subsided, kissing just above his ear gently as she done her best to comfort him.

"No. No you shouldn't. You really shouldn't. Don't you dare turn them down, Kari, you've worked hard -deserve this."

"No.. It is. I just haven't had one in a while, I suppose." Klaus replied quietly.

Kol eventually calmed down, moving to just lean heavily against him.

"Mm, a team." Eri nodded.

"Neither have I, men think I'm too forward." Ana wrinkled her nose.

When they would've gotten there, Tatia was subtly sat at the bar in the restaurant, having come to check it out and report back to Vanessa about her competition. She looked rather miserable as she played with her drink, makeup free and looking exhausted and drained.

((You wanna play the guy that gives Tatia attention or?))

"But what if I'm not what they want when I get there?"

Klaus laughed in response to that, "Well, if you call them broody before even knowing there name I could see how that impression would come across." he joked.

"Me and you." He confirmed with a nod.

Astrid kissed the top of his head, "You're okay now, it's over." she soothed, adding gently, "I love you, pretty boy,"

"Then that's their idiotic mistake because they accepted you and can't kick you out when they've given you the offer. I'm sure you are what they wanted though."

"I came out of a pretty serious relationship a few months ago, which is why it's been a while for me." Klaus replied quietly, "Things just changed, weren't the same no matter how much I tried to fix them."

"I love you too, Eri,"

"Stop worrying so much, it'll be okay."

Astrid just frowned deeply at that, whispering a quiet, "It is though, it may haunt you for a while but it's over... You aren't going through it anymore, you're home now. The safest you can be. You're so strong, pretty boy, going through what you did."

"You were married, huh?" Ana said gently, glancing at the tanline on his ring finger.

"Who to tell first?" Eri mused. "We should keep it quiet for a while though."

"I can't help but fret..."

Kol just sighed deeply and moved to lay with his head in her lap.

"You're observant." Klaus mused quietly, but gave a subtle nod in response to her question, "Mhm, I was."

"When we do tell people the first people to know need to be my mum and your father." Karl replied, "They'd freak out, if they didn't know first." he pointed out quietly.

"You shouldn't though," LJ replied, "You got the place so I don't understand what the big deal is to be honest."

Astrid watched him with a small frown as she brushed her fingers through his hair. "You must be exhausted now, hm?" She asked, moving her hand away from her hair so she could lean down and kiss away the tears still on his cheeks.
