"Unless we compel Mica to forget which I'd rather not do."

Tatia nodded in agreement.

"Alright go on then."

"Just been used as a walking bloodbag really.... He told me to go to the same place, every other day so he could feed from me - that... that time you stopped me? I was on my way there then."

((Yeah sure, you post first?))

"That day when you didn't remember why you were out in the forest?"

She nodded a little bit in response to that. "Before I knew anything about any of this.."

He nodded. "Well you're not going to go to him anymore..."

"Hey, lazy." Astrid greeted as she came into the livingroom and ruffled Kol's hair playfully. "Would you like to come out and have a drink with me, or are you going to fate me to looking like a friendless loner?"

"Are you coming to see what his issue is, butterfly?" Leon asked from near the front door as he grabbed his car keys.

"Where's Rhea gone?" Sarai asked with a fake gasp as she covered her eyes with her hands, grinning, "There she is!" when she dropped her hands to look at her daughter.

She just nodded subtly.

Matteo tightened his arms around her pulling her closer.

She rested her head on his shoulder.

He rested his head back on the headboard as he ran his fingers through her hair.

Rhea yawned quietly, having got bored of the game a few minutes ago and was now lookin forward to her bottle and her nap.

Vanessa nodded, getting out of the car and going to knock on the door. "Nate! Answer!"

"Why don't you try and make friends? Then you won't look like a friendless loner." Kol said, not unkindly.

Astrid just laughed a little bit at that, musing, "Maybe I secretly enjoy it, no one would come up to me if I was busy speaking to someone after all. Are you coming or am I going to get to speak to random guys all night?"

Sarai sighed softly, "Okay, okay.. I get it. I was probably enjoying it more than you, hm?" she mused. Picking Rhea up and kissing the side of her head as she carried her into the kitchen and grabbed a bottle, feeding her silently.

"Should we just walk in?" Leon asked with a grimace when a few minutes passed and there was no answer.

She closed his eyes at her touch.

Rhea fed hungrily, a big grin on her face.

"I trust you're capable of taking care of yourself when you're out, talk to whom you wish."

Vanessa tried the door, frowning and walking inside when it just swung open. She stepped inside tentatively before screaming at the site in front of her.

Nate was laying on the floor, eyes wife open and his body bloody and burned by vervain, a stake in his chest which had nailed him to the floor.

He leaned his head down pressing a kiss to her lips.

Leon grimaced at the sight, sliding his arms around Vanessa's waist and turning her away gently. Kissing the side of her head and whispering, "Sshh, butterfly, sshh. It's okay."

"Suit yourself," Astrid shrugged, "I was just inviting you along, it's not like you have any friends either... You might of made some." she whispered before turning to leave.

Sarai smiled widely as she watched, glancing around after a moment and musing, "The house is pretty quiet today, hm, Rhea? Real quiet..."

Camila kissed him back deeply.

Matteo matched his kiss to hers instantly, moving a hand up into her hair.

"No... No..." Vanessa whispered before bursting into tears and pulling away from him and kneeling beside Nate, pulling out the stake and sliding his eyes closed. "I'm sorry..." She whispered as she kissed his forehead.
