Us and Them

Times are hard right now, you're a gypsy (olden time gypsy, e.g. fortune tellers etc) on the run from the authorities in France. Only there is a catch, you're not exactly human you're a Vampire/Pixie/Faerie/Werewolf etc and you have to try and protect your identity. Hiding in the hidden chamber under the church isn't to your taste and you want out, you want the life that every human your age has, you want to fall in love, start a family, find friends but more importantly, you want freedom! So will you risk being burnt at the stake in order to get your taste of freedom? We shall see...

A few days later, Esmerelda was outside of the church with the other gypsies and some other people from the community and they were putting up circus tents and decorations in time for the festival.

Gavin: was walking his usually route his head low and hands in his pockets, at his side was his dog of course

When she thought no one else was looking, Esmerelda seemed to disappear and she appeared in the shadows near Gavin. "Gavin." She whispered knowing that he could hear her.

Gavin: Hey.. he whispered in reply turning to look at her What are you doing here, you could get caught

"What's life without a little risk?" She asked him as she made sure that no one could see them and she pulled him into an alleyway where she slid her arms around his neck and kissed him.

Gavin: smirked against her lips as he kissed her, pulling her tight against his body M' I agree

She kissed him passionately, before she smiled and pulled away. "I love you."

Gavin: Love you too. he whispered pressing his forehead to hers

She smiled and pressed her forehead to his. "Are you coming to the festival?"

Gavin: brushed some hair off her face Yeah

"Are you on duty?"

Gavin: I'm on duty right now and for um the first two or so hours of the festival. he replied with a simple nod of his head

"Well, might I say, you don't look like you're on duty." She smiled.

Gavin: shrugged his shoulders I'm not really supposed to.

"Good, because you would be doing a pretty poor job." She smiled, before she gently kissed him.

Gavin: laughed quietly kissing her back

She smiled at him.

Gavin: I'll see you in a bit then? I need to finish my rounds of the forest.forested __

"Ok, I will see you later."

Gavin: Be careful babe. he kissed her gently

"I will. You be careful to." She kissed him back.
