"Do they care about me?" She asked. "Now get out, none of you should be here."

"We are actually here for our grandchildren." Lucius told her. "I still have friends in the Ministry Aria." He told her.

"You dare touch my son and I will fucking murder you." She told him.

"All more reason for him to come with us." A ministry offical told them as she walked in.

"I'm going to get Ron and Draco," She whispered to Aria leaving the room to find the boys.

"I'm not letting you take him." She told them. "I will not lose him again!" She screamed, causing Harry to walk out to them holding the little boy in question.

"Ah Darius sweetie, come to grandmamma." Narcissa told him but at seeing his mother, Darius wanted to go to her instead.

Just as he was about to go to Aria, Frenier picked him up and handed him to Lucius, and this sparked something in Aria, she threw herself at her father, but Harry managed to catch her. "Don't take him!" She screamed. "Please, he's my son!"

"Ron, Draco! Get down here! Now!" She called out to the guys just as Ginny came down as well.

"What's going on? Why are you all in my home?!"

Draco got there just as fast and he put two and two together. "What's happening?"

"Draco they want to take my son, tell them not to please!" She screamed, half hysterical for worry over having her son taken away, though Harry kept a tight hold of her.

"They're what?!" Ron screamed walking into the room. "No one is taking my son!"

"It's already done." The ministry official told them, holding a piece of paper out to Draco who took it and he read it.

Draco read the paper quickly and efficiently.

"How is that even possible? On what grounds?"

"Miss Malfoy is a danger to her son." Draco read out. "She puts the boys life in danger at frequent times...her 'gift' makes her unsuitable to be around any child in any situation."

Ron glared at them all. "This is ridiculous all because she won't allow you to plan the wedding. This is pathetic and childish!"

"This has nothing to do with that Mr Weasley, this is about protecting our grandchild." Narcissa told him. "Do you know how many times she's dropped him these past few days?"

"He hasn't been dropped. And this is ridiculous he's my child too."

Aria looked at them she knew that she had dropped Darius earlier but Draco had caught him but the woman from the ministry gave no room for argument and left with the other three taking Darius who by now was screaming for his mother and father with them.

Ron stood there in surprise not sure what to do.

Aria looked ready for a mental breakdown and when Harry let go of her, she collapsed on the floor, sobbing and trying not to scream.

Draco meanwhile was still staring at the parchment he had been given, and he was staring at a certain sentence.

Ron walked over and sat down on the floor pulling her into his lap.

"Draco, what is it?" She asked quietly wandering over to read the paper over his shoulder.

Draco showed her and he looked at her to be quiet as he pointed to the sentence that read: 'MISS A. M. MALFOY WILL BE ESCORTED TO AZKHABAN PRISON WHERE SHE WILL REMAIN UNTIL THE DAY OF HER TRIAL' and he gave Harry the same look when he joined them.

Hermione froze shaking her head.

Draco looked at them. "Don't tell her yet, but this has gone too far." He told them quietly. "Tell Ron only, I need to get this resolved."

She nodded. "Whatever you're going to do, be careful."

"I'm going to get my parents to see what they've done." He told her. "I will be fine." He grabbed his travelling cloak as he looked at Hermione. "Look after Aria."

Before he could leave she kissed him gently. "I will."

He smiled softly and disappeared.

Hermione watched Ron and Aria moving to sit on a chair with a small frown.

Harry stood behind her, a calming hand rested on her shoulder. "WHat do you think Draco is going to do?" He asked her quietly as he watched the couple.
