Cedric smirked slightly at that, whispering, "Are you ready to be snuck out of here so you get your gift off of me?"

He smiled. "Sounds good." He told her.

"Good," He grinned before heading out and into the forest.

Hasley offered him a hand up.

She followed him.

He took her hand and got to his feet bringing her into the group of dancing people.

Hasley smiled brightly and stuck to his side.

He pulled her into a dance.

Hasley danced with him contently

He smiled softly as he danced with her.

"Cedric, where are we going?" Astrid asked.

Hasley wrapped her arms around his neck as they danced.

Thora watched everyone and she smiled softly before she found Freya. "Hey."

"Thanks, I heard about the chiefs offer." She told her. "Don't be mad at my brothers for it."

"Why is that?" Freya asked

"Because you love him?" She asked. "Ragnar an idiot and no one knows that better than me, but this isn't his fault."

"We have not used those words to each other," Freya hummed with a small shrug. "So you do not know that."

"I know from his point of view." She told her.

"It hasnt been expressed to me."

She shrugged. "Like I said he's an idiot."

"That I know, but I'm not mad at him. Not that much anyway, I'm just making my point."

Once they got to a secluded place of the forest, Cedric motioned for her to wait where she was whilst he walked just out of sight. Coming back a few seconds later with a grand wood carving, carved with an axe, that stood at about 3 feet. It depicted a deer grazing and standing above it on a cliffs edge was a wolf looking down. "I made you this. I- I've always thought of deers as gentle, thst they move through life graceful despite their challenges. Always bouncing back; like you. Wolves, in a traditional sense arent meant to get along with deers, but they also represent loyaly and protection. As I'll alaays keep you safe, when I can and stay true. This is meant to represent us, without giving us away to everyone else."

She smiled. "Coincidentally they are my two favourite animals." She told him. "Cedric I liv eit, thank you."

Cedric smiled warmly at that, sliding his arms around her waist and kissing her deeply.

"So.. What makes you think he is in love with me, hm?"

"The way he looks at you, like you're the only person in the world." She told her.
