How Long Do We Hide For?

Welcome weary traveller. Ok, the story starts where you have been born with a rare gift, you have a power, some have unimaginable strength whilst others can't really do much with their gift. However, at the time of your power manifesting, you were found by the army, gouvernment etc and forced to flee your hometown and go into hiding. You stay away for a few years, but every so often you keep sneaking back into your hometown to keep an eye on your family though they never see you or hear from you. You hope to be reunited with them even if it's in the distant future. Anyway, whilst you are out on the run, you comeacross this town located in Texas, USA. It is basically your average town, with houses, a beach, a school, a hospital etc. You decide to stay and for those of age, you enroll in the school and you start your new life here. So good luck.

Hermione was sitting in the livingroom of her new flat, sitting ontop of a box, her laptop on her folded legs and she was typing up her disertation for the course she was doing in university.

Hunter was clearing out the stables, whilst Cameron was in bed, still sick and Emma was hopefully in bed asleep.

Dallas was sat just behind her, running his fingers through her hair happily

Emma: was still sleeping rather peacefully in bed, the covers pulled up warmly around her

"You know that feels really nice." She told him as she leant into him.

Hunter came back inside and he hung his jacket up.

Cameron woke up and he toddled into Emma and Hunter's room and he tugged on the blanket, unable to climb onto their bed without help.

Cleo was at work and she occasionally looked behind the counter where Shaun was sleeping in his stroller.

"I know," Dallas replied, "That's why I'm doing it,"

Hermione smiled slightly. "Aren't you even going to start your work?"

"We have work to do?"

"You should have some...Did you even turn up to your lecture?"

Dallas shook his head in the negative, "Nope,"

She sighed. "Alright then, so you have no work." She put her laptop down and turned to face him and she kissed him. "But then again, keeping up with me is enough work for you." She winked at him in a teasing alluring way.

Dallas rolled his eyes

She smiled slightly, before she stood up. "I had best go and get changed."

"Why?"

"Because I was going to go and go for a ride, if you want to come then you should get changed to."

"A ride where? Your being awfully random and not very specific."

"Dallas, I'm a jockey, I go horse riding every afternoon." She laughed. "I fancy going for a ride across the beach."

"Why didn't you say 'ride a horse' then. Ride. I think ride waves." Dallas responded simply

"Well, there is some good waves today, so you could ride the waves if you want to."

Dallas gave a nod, "I need to get in some more practice."

"Then I will see you at the beach?" She asked him.

Dallas nodded

She walked to the bedroom and she got changed into her riding gear, before she walked out of the bedroom fastening up her jacket before she ran a brush through her hair.
