Us and Them

Gavin: walked over and carefully lifted Lucy into his arms as well as took Demon's leash

Lucy rested into him.

Esmerelda led them off the plane and she brought them towards a house that was by the edge of the sea.

Gavin: easily followed keeping up right behind her

When they got to a house, it was more glass windows than anything and she looked at him. "This is mine and Howard's place, and now it's mine, yours and Lucy's." She looked at him.

Gavin: gave a small nod of his head What about your brother?

"Howard prefers to be in our home in Alaska."

Gavin: Is that where he went then?

"Its a possibility." She shrugged.

Gavin: Ah well I'm sure we'll hear from him soon enough to let us know he's fine.

"If 500 years is soon then yeah we will."

Gavin: He's playing it very safe then isn't he?

"Yep very." She brought them inside.

Gavin: Well I can't say that I blame him at all he answered following her inside and looking around

Everything around them was modern and grand, and the walls were mainly glass, the fact that it was grand suggested that it had been bought for more than just Esmerelda and Howard. "Feel free to look around, or would you like a tour?"

Gavin: Whichever you like babe.

"I'll show you around."

Gavin: let Demon off his leash and set Lucy on the floor Sounds good

"Ok then, follow me." She led him around the bottom half of the house, showing him the differet rooms, each of them modern and really big.

Gavin: followed her taking hold of one of her hands as Demon walked at his side sniffing at everything he could This place is great babe but are you sure you want a young child and a puppy here?

She held his hand and looked at him. "Yeah, it's only me and Hunter who use this place, our covern left centuries ago and we haven't seen them since." She shrugged as she showed him each room in turn, before she looked at him. "Ok, you get the option of this room, as your own room." She opened the door to the room. "Or you can stay with me in my room."

Gavin: slipped his fingers up her arm teasingly Mm you tell me where you want me to sleep

"With me of course." She told him. "Come on, I'll show you where I sleep." She brought him upstairs.

Gavin: grinned at her Thought so.

She brought him to her room and she opened the door, bringing him in. "This is mine." She looked around. "Hunteer said that the white reflected my cold heart...I was pretty ruthless when we first came here." She mused.
