"I'd believe that for us but not for mum and dad. They'd of noticed." Henrik whispered.

Klaus followed Caleb close behind, every so often glancing to Tatia and whispering quietly, "We'll find her, I'm sure she's fine, Tat."

"I'm sure she will,"

"Well they've been busy too, looking after Lucas and sorting everyone else out and spending more time concerned on them two to improve their marriage, so they might not have noticed either..."

Tatia just shook her head, putting her feet on the seat and resting her chin on her knees.

"Na they would of… I swear they would of."

"Everything's be fine," Klaus hummed though sounded like he was trying to convince himself more than her.

"Like I said, they probably just assumed Mia was okay and so decided to spend more time with us and them..." Hope shrugged, then adding. "If the paparazzi are still out there you might wanna go rescue Kota."

Tatia was silent, resting her head against the window and trying to not cry.

Henrik let out a deep sigh and shook his head before heading out to find Dakota.

Klaus got out of the car when they'd stopped, walking around go the other side to open Tatia's car door. Asking Caleb, "Where now?"

Tatia got out quietly, closing the door and walking to Klaus' side.

Dakota had barely made it out of the building before being swarmed by all of the people still out there, she was trying to push through them all without losing her temper, but it was clear that she was about to vamp out at any moment.

Henrik barged his way through and wrapped an arm around Dakota's waist, ducking his head down and whispering, "Deep breathes, calm down." before kissing her on the lips lightly and turning her around. Trying to lead her back into the building.

Klaus slid an arm around Tatia's waist .

"No, no!" Dakota protested, shaking her head and pulling away from him. "You don't get to tell me to shush like I'm a dog barking too loudly." she hissed. "I'm going Rik, if whatever's going on is that important that it makes you talk to me like that then I'm not gonna sit around and wait for it to get worse." she added, eyes darkening and tips of her fangs showing as she spoke.

"Cameras, cameras," Henrik hissed, making her hide her face in his shoulder so none of the cameras saw her face vamp out. "I'm sorry, okay, Kota but my sister is missing and your making out like I shouldn't be bothered. Can we sort this out somewhere more private instead of in front of the papers?" he whispered in her ear.

Klaus looked at the map with a nod before walking ahead quietly.

"Oh God forbid the papers see through your veil of perfection." Dakota muttered, but didn't shift or move away this time.

Tatia followed him, staying at his side.

"Your fangs are showing, they catch a picture of it and that's everyone knowing and you know it Dakota." Henrik hissed in her ear before barging his way past the paparazzi with her. Heading back inside.

The site that they would of eventually came across was in a small crook in the woods - though wasn't too deep in. A large pile of rubble was on the floor that had obviously been there for so long weeds had began to grow around the rocks. Somewhere, under the rubble, laying almost lifelessly in a pure oak coffin that had been nailed in to keep it close, Mia was, unmoving and eyes closed. Her skin a washed out grey from lack of blood, marks (Life scratch marks from her nails and bits of chipped wood where she had tried to punch the top of the coffin in ) on the inside ceiling of the coffin where she had obviously initially tried to break out multiple times and failed.

"I'm tired of this Rik," Dakota whispered when they got back inside. "I'm tired of them - " she gestured towards where they'd just come in. "Of you being the perfect guy that can do no wrong and every time you slip up it's because I'm the devil corrupting you. Everyone sings your praises and you deserve it, but I don't deserve all the flack I get for just being with you."

Tatia frowned when she saw the rubble, instantly running towards it and rushing through it, throwing rocks as she searched. When she came across the coffin she gasped, shaking her head and whispering. "No," as she pried it open. When she saw Mia inside, tears started dripping down her cheeks, and having no other option she bit into her own wrist and fed it to her daughter.

"I don't know how to stop it, Kota. I've told them to lay off you, you know I have." He told her quietly in response to that.

Klaus just grimaced and told Caleb quietly, "Go compel a human or something over here, or grab a bloodbag if you have one close by." before he walked over and crouched down beside Tatia. Frowning deeply at seeing Mia and reaching down to take his daughters hand quietly.

After a few moments, when some of Tatia's blood had dribbled down her throat, Mia began to swallow of her own accord, biting down on her mothers wrist and half opening her eyes.

Tatia wrapped her free arm around Mia's shoulders and pulled her so she was sitting up and leaning against her, kissing the side of her head and smoothing her hair down. "It's okay now, it's all okay, we're here, we've got you." she whispered, kissing the side of her head again. "Oh Mia, take as much as you need sweetheart."

"I know, I'm not blaming you. It's the industry. I guess my skin just isn't toughening as quick as it needs to."

Klaus grabbed the woman's wrist and yanked her down, moving Tatia's wrist away from Mia and putting the human near Mia instead.

Mia didn't really react to any of them, instantly moving her fangs into the woman's neck and draining her. Eventually the colour began to return to her skin.

Henrik sighed deeply.

Tatia moved the woman away just before Mia killed her, so she didn't have to worry about breaking her curse. After, she pulled Mia into a tight hug.

"I think I need a break Rik," Dakota whispered, almost inaudibly.

Henrik tensed violently at that and just shook his head, murmuring a quiet, "No Kota… please no."

Mia shook her head and just moved away from her mother, "Le-leave me alone." she whispered, almost too quietly to be heard, "Leave me alone, all of you. None of you came… I—"
