"The Lady Rhaenys is the only one truly fond of me, because I saved her horse a few years ago. The Lord Lucian tolerates me for his sisters sake, and she is to be married in two days. When she goes I have no idea what my future will be like if she does not take me with her, which I doubt she will do. Besides, any time I step out into the streets I could be taken away by a creature of the night."

Lilliana replied with a sigh before replying, "It would be no trouble and as I said if Lucian does not wish to keep you then you may work for me if you wish. It would be a privellage to have such a determined person to care for my horses."

She smiled softly at that and just gave a slight nod of her head, whispering after a few moments. "In honesty, I do not wish to marry anyone. I am here, I am trying to appreciate Lord Lucian so that my father stops putting of this pressure on me. He wishes I were not here, father does, he wishes my mother would of had a boy so that a suitor would not be necessary for me to step up as he wishes to retire."

"You are getting injuried because of me."

"Either way it is never very fair on the daughters." She replied sadly before shaking her head in response to what he said about Lucian."In an ideal world I would feel natural attraction for him, instead of having to try so hard. I am not doubting he is a good man, not in the slightest but I feel… it does not matter. I apologise, I should not be burdening you with this."

"It would be rather amusing," Vladomir chuckled.

I wish that the Lady Rhaenys has a happy marriage, she is a sweet girl and the Lord Lucian is under the impression that the man she is to marry is a brute. I wish that nobody will die in the cold this year, but they will, from the cold and hunger and sickness and accidents caused by the snow and the winds and the ice." Leo said quietly. "But I am not God so I cannot fix all this in stone, and He has not heard any of my prayers so far."

Rhaenys smiled at that, "My father is going to send a rider with a message to you tonight, he wants you to join us for dinner, but he is to send it late in hopes that you will have already eaten and will decline to join us. He wants to be seen making an effort towards you, but he wants it to look like you aren't reciprocating, so you look bad."

Sence just frowned at him.
