Alfdis slid her arms around him when he entered the room.

As soon as Klaus got back to his home, Mikael met him by violently pushing him against a wall which knocked the breath out of him before punching him across the face with a sharp warning of, "Stop socialising with that Tatia girl, boy."

"Can we play with your swords too? Daddy said no because I'm a girl but you've never treated me like a girl, you always treated me same as you."

Bjorn grinned and kissed her deeply. "I'm so proud of our son, he's going to be a fierce warrior when he's older."

Rebekah flinched at the slap, being the only one present in the room at the time.

"Uh huh." Malvolio nodded before whispering, "Yeah. When he can't see though, kay?"

"And our daughter a fine young lady," Alfdis hummed, before kissing him back the same way. Adding, "I am proud of both of them."

"I am not the only one that speaks to her." Klaus grumbled quietly, flinching hen his father fisted his hand once again in threat.

"Elijah has been seen to aswell, boy," He replied sharply.

"Father it is her fault, she encourages them like a siren. They only try to help her with simple tasks and she tries to seduce them."

"We did well, mm?" Bjorn mused, gently unlacing the back of her dress.

"Thank you Mal." Violet grinned, kissing his cheek and curling into him for warmth.

Malvolio yawned, closing his eyes and hugging his sister silently.

"Mm," Alfdis hummed, "We did."

"Then they should resist and remember she is married with a child." Mikael replied sharply, turning and lifting his hand in threat. "Stay out of this matter, Rebekah."

"Night night Mal." Violet whispered as she drifted off.

Rebekah mumbled a quiet sorry and ducked her head.

"Mikaels son Finn kept watching her the entire night though, that unnerved me. She is far too young to marry and he is too old for her anyway."

"I will speak to him in the morning, warn him off of her." Alfdis whispered quietly.

"Leave the room, Rebekah." He told her sharply.

Klaus gulped.

"She's eight, he shouldn't be looking at her like that. He's old enough to be her father." Bjorn muttered angrily.

Rebekah nodded, gathered her dress and left.

Bjorn nodded, finishing unlacing her dress before pulling it from her and kissing her deeply.

The next day Alfdis was heading towards the Mikaelsons home to speak to Finn as she had told Bjorn she would. Glancing around quietly as she walked.

Malvolio was watching his father intently, waiting for his go to try and command the hunting dogs.

Astrid was sat on the bench at the table, eating happily.

Phoenix Sat 4 Jan - 19:17

"Now, it is your go. Follow what I taught you, and make the dogs find the meat you hid earlier." Bjorn told him.

Tatia served up Adam's breakfast in silence when he sat by Astrid and ruffled her hair. "Go to the docks and get more wine that came from the ship, there's tons of it so it wont all have been cleared yet. And hurry up." he ordered his wife, who nodded meekly and headed out.

Finn was sat outside with his brothers, sharpening tools and cleaning tack and weapons.

"Finn, may I have a word with you in private please?" Alfdis asked him.

Klaus lifted his head, looking between Alfdis and his older brother silently.

"Bye bye mummy!" Astrid called after her.

"Okay…" Malvolio whispered, wrinkling his nose as he done his best to remember what he was told.

Finn nodded, getting up. "Niklaus, go and get some more water to clean them off," he murmured before walking ahead to a more quiet place.

Tatia smiled a little at that, heading to the docks for the wine.

"Just relax Mal."

Klaus nodded, got to his feet and headed off silently.

Alfdis followed Finn silently.

"What did you want to talk about."

Tatia quietly lifted a cask of wine when she got to the docks, heading back slowly because of the weight.

Bjorn just nodded and watched.

"Bjorn noticed you watching Violet last night, he is not pleased." Alfdis whispered, "I told him I would speak to you to give you a chance but next time he may lose his temper with you."

"Would you like help?" Klaus asked gently when he saw Tatia.

Malvolio done as his fatherhad then, commanding the dogs to find the hidden piece of meat.

Phoenix Sat 4 Jan - 20:03

"Oh, I'll go apologise, for watching my daughter." Finn snapped. "I don't know how much longer I can do this Alfdis. Those twins are my kids, I hate not knowing them."

Tatia just shook her head meekly. "Adam has threatened to run you and Elijah through if he sees me talking to either of you again."

Bjorn watched quietly.

"They have a perfect family life, they are content. So do not ruin that for them, Finn." Alfdis replied in response to his snap. "We are happy. Do not ruin us. They may be your children but in their mind they are Bjorns, and in his they are his."

"I'm not scared of him." Klaus whispered.

"I am. For both of us. He is twice your age, he has unreasonable strength and a temper on him."

"If you wanted a perfect family life you should've thought about that before sleeping with me!" Finn hissed. "Violet is my daughter and Malvolio is my son. It is past time they knew!"

((Wouldn't it be interesting if Klaus' first kill was Adam, and he just never told anyone?))

"Malvolio wanted to spar with me last night! Something in him knows! And Violet asks me to walk her back from the creek when she's finished getting water or washing, she suspects something too. They are my blood, and as their father I deserve the right to know them Alfdis."

"I hope you do, but until then I have to go back and be his good little wife or risk another slap." Tatia whispered, heading past him with the wine.
