"Now please, Mister Weasley, please give your reasoning why you and Miss Malfoy should have Rose living with you."

"We care for her. In the hands of her mother and her boyfriend she was being harmed and mistreated."

The judge nodded.

"But with a deatheater around, who says that she won't end up killed?" Lavender asked looking at Aria.

"If she was to stay with you, then she would be dead in two weeks." Aria spoke up.

Ron turned his head. "What?"

The judge looked at Arianna. "Explain."

"Lavenders current boyfriend will beat Rose for telling Ron what was going on, and then two weeks from now her body will stop and she will die, that's why I kept blanking out I was seeing and feeling everything."

Ron clenched his jaw reaching for Arias hand then to keep himself from doing anything stupid.

The judge nodded, watching Aria take rons hand and rest it on her small baby bump. "I will review both sides and also gather the Childs side of the story, if you could please wait here." He told them as he left.

"Thank you Sir." he nodded his head as he rested his hand on her stomach.

He smiled at her.

Ron leaned back in the chair.

Aria looked at him. "Its okay?"

He nodded slowly.

He kissed her gently.

Ron kissed her back.

She smiled softly.

Ron waited silently for the judges return.

When the judge returned, he brought Rose with him and the social worker.

Ron inhaled sharply lifting his head to look at them.

Aria gently moved her thumb on his hand to calm him.

"As a decision of both me and the social worker, as well as the evidence that both parties have provided, and that decision is for Rose Weasley to be in the permanent care of Mr Ronald Weasley and Miss Arianna Malfoy."

Ron let out the breath he was holding and smiled gently at Aria.

Rose ran over to Aria and Ron.

Ron scooped her up kissing the side of her head.

Rose giggled. "Daddy..." She whined giggleing.

"Yes?" he grinned looking at her.

"Don't do that, it's embarrassing in public." She told him playfully, causing Aria to start giggleing.
