Tatia was curled up in front of the fire again, having spent most of her time there in silence, occasionally crying a little though her eyes were dry at present.

Adrian dozed fitfully.

Olivia was sleeping soundly despite the baby being rather active.

"Just wanted to phone to see how you were, we haven't spoken properly in a while." Klaus replied.

Tamara just brushed her fingers through his hair, brushing her thumb against his cheek occasionally with a small sigh, "How much vervain was in that drink, handsome... You've got to start feeling better soon."

Adam blinked his eyes open when the baby kicked where his hand was resting, moving his hand and glancing around with a small yawn.

Adam turned his head to look at Olivia, "Ollie? How are you still asleep?" he asked with a quiet laugh, "Surely that must hurt."

Violet was sat in a small coffee shop, quietly sipping her drink.

"Mm what?" Olivia mumbled, his words having stirred her.

"Ah yeah, Asa was saying. That must suck for both of you."

Caleb was sitting on a rocking chair set beside the window in Evelynns room, the baby in his arms as he talked quietly to her so Mia could shower and such.

"I'm just running out of things to say to try and make Tat feel better," Klaus replied with a small shrug, "Mia's always been the most distant, out of the kids. I think she's just as sensitive as Tat though, and that's the issue, they keep accidentally upsetting each other."

"Does it hurt, when the baby kicks and things? Seems like it would do." Adam whispered quietly, "You've never quite made any indication of it ever hurting before."

"I'm worrying about you," Tamara whispered.

Mia wandered out of the shower when she was done and already dressed, walking to Caleb and kissing his cheek gently, "You okay Cal?"

"But not saying a proper thank you or giving Tatia any decent show of appreciation isn't Mia being sensitive, that's down right cruel and bratty. Considering it's probably messed Tatias head up, carrying and giving both to a child but coming home to an empty home, with Kira at college and Lucas out doing his own thing most of the time. Tatias probably doing her best to not want another baby, whilst fighting how odd it feels not having one... When kids are ungrateful for stuff you can usually take it back, it's just unlucky that you can't take a baby back."

"It does, but I knew what I was getting myself into so I won't complain."

"M'fine." Adrian muttered.

"Yeah, other than phoning Mia and having a go at her which Tatia doesn't want me to do, I don't know what to do now." Klaus replied with a small frown.

"I just find it odd that you've never let on is all, the baby seems to be kicking really hard now and you're just sleeping through it. It's crazy, you're so strong." Adam hummed.

"You're not though," Tamara whispered with a small frown.

"Is the drink up to standard for you?" The averaged height boy of about eighteen asked as he approached Violet's table, lifting his light green, almost grey eyes from the little order book in his hand to look at her.

Mia just smiled.

"Do it anyway, or maybe ask Mia why she doesn't feel the need to thank her mother? And on top of that ask Tatia how she's feeling. Chances are she doesn't want to admit to you how she really feels because she's afraid you'll react badly. Just assure her you won't judge her or flip out no matter what she thinks. But I definitely think you should call Mia and set the brat straight."

"Will be..."

"Mnot strong, just not going to whine about something I got myself into knowing the consequences."

"Yeah, thanks." Violet nodded almost silently.

"Okay." Klaus replied quietly, "Thanks Kol.. How're things with you and your kids now? Any change?" he asked quietly.

"Mm," Tamara whispered with a small sigh, pressing her lips to his briefly, "You better be."

"I think you're strong." Adam replied quietly.

"Good.. You have no idea how much paperwork you've saved me. One more negative comment on it and I'd be awake until one o'clock in the morning doing reports." He told her with a quiet laugh.

"Well you're wrong." Olivia shrugged, closing her eyes and curling up to him, subtly pressing her face into his side to hide a grimace of pain.

"Adam still hasn't gotten back in touch and neither has Adrian." Kol shrugged. "But I was just about to take Astrid out when you phoned, take her mind off it."

"Don't worry."

"You must make really bad drinks most of the time then."

"They aren't bad to me," He replied with a shrug, "I quite enjoy them actually... Is your name as pretty as your face?"

"When am I wrong? I'm never wrong." Adam replied with a quiet laugh, smoothing his hair down gently.

"I can't help worrying about you when you're not feeling well," Tamara whispered.

"I'll leave you to it then," Klaus replied.

"You're cocky," Olivia pointed out with a chuckle.

"Violet. And I'm pretty sure you're still a minor so flirting won't get you anywhere kiddo."

"I'm eighteen, not a kid." He replied with a roll of his eyes, "Nineteen in a few weeks actually. I'm Peter."

"Mm, but you love me so I can get away from it." Adam replied with a quiet laugh.

Tamara was silent then, just brushing her fingers through his hair silently, "You want a bloodbag?" she asked him gently.

Klaus sighed softly and called Mia then.

"Everything okay?" Astrid asked Kol gently.

"Appears your mum is still zoned out and heartbroken over Mia's lack of gratitude. Her heads probably messed up after it all anyways still." Kol shrugged.

"Diesel?" She clapped softly stepping inside the house and slowly walking through it still calling his name.

Diesel was sat in his kitchen, by one of the counters on the floor. His hands resting on what appeared to be the end of a stake which was stuck in his stomach.

"Mm," Mia hummed frowning a bit when her phone went off and leaving the room so she could answer it.

Astrid just frowned a little bit at that, "Poor mum,"

"And I love you," Adam hummed softly in response to that, pressing his lips to her forehead gently.

Tamara nodded subtly in response and laid herself down next to him, snuggling into his side and wrapping an arm around him gently, "I love you Adrian," she told him.

"I am not," Peter denied with a shake of his head, "Your not that much older than me anyway, or you don't look it." he hummed in response to that.

"I'm older than you think, and if you're smart you won't ask me how old that is."

"I can't believe your sister is being so harsh about it. Your mother was probably going to feel messed up anyway after this without Mia treating her like how she is."

"Oh gosh D!" She gasped dropping to her knees and yanking the stack out crushing it in her hand and gently pulling him against her. "Who's done this to you, who?"

Astrid gave a nod in agreement, "I don't know what's wrong with Mia either, she's just doing it for attention I think. Trying to become the victim." she replied with a small shrug.

"We don't have to wait too long now, do we, to meet our baby?"

Klaus sat himself down beside Tatia after a few minutes, sliding an arm around her waist gently and asking her softly, "Tell me how you're feeling, Tat, honestly?"

"Would it be too much to say I want to spend the rest of my life with you, so if you ever feel like proposing you don't have to be nervous about it because there is a very slim chance I'd say no." Tamara laughed.

"And what if I'm not smart?"

Mia entered the room again after a few moments and whispered with a sigh, "I need to go to my mums... Are you and Evelynn coming with me?" she asked quietly.

Diesel leant into her, "Don't know who it was... I'm okay.."
