Kol just mumbled something and rolled over with a groan.

Olivia just nodded, though trembled with sobs.

"Sit yourself up and I'll get you a bloodbag," Astrid told him gently, kissing the side of his head and whispering softly in his ear, "Do not believe a word she said about you, pretty boy."

Adam held her close.

"It's all true anyway."

Olivia nuzzled her face into his neck.

"No it isn't, she doesn't know you anymore." Astrid whispered gently, "You do care, you being with Sasha was your distraction, your coping mechanism. She needs to look at herself and realise that she isn't perfect, realise how much you've been through. As for Adrian and Adam, we've done our best, we both keep trying to fix our mistakes and that is the both of us, not just you so she is awful for yelling at you about it when it is the both of us - mostly me…" gently she leant down to kiss the side of his head. "Don't listen to her, pretty boy."

"I'm here for you." Adam whispered, "You mean the world to me, Ollie. You don't need him."

"She still knows me better than most."

"I know, he just winds me up so much. I have most of my life to him and he doesn't even care."

"I think I know you a bit better than she does now though, pretty boy," Astrid whispered quietly.

"I know," Adam whispered. "I know."

Olivia pulled away then, leaning against the windows.

Kol just sighed.

"She knows who you used to be, you've changed since then on your own accord, don't believe her, okay? Most of what she said wasn't true, my love,"

Adam sighed softly before starting the car and driving off.

"She's right though, I hurt her. Worse than I thought by the looks of it."

"You must think I'm a right cow, crying about your dad to you."

"No, not at all. My dad's a dick that hurt you, I know that." Adam shrugged. "Don't worry about anything Ollie."

"It wasn't intentional though, sweetie."

"Wasn't it? I knew my actions would hurt her but I did them anyway."

Olivia just nodded, getting out when they got home.

"But you meant your apology,"

"Is an apology enough for what I did?"

Astrid just let out a small sigh, whispering, "She won't let you do anything else to make it up to her," as she slid her arms around him in a gentle hug.

Olivia started packing as soon as they were in the house.

"Have I really tried?"

"She hasn't stuck around long enough for you to have the opportunity too, she just hurts you and leaves. She bad mouths you this much but she hasn't given you the chance to make it up to her in anyway." Astrid whispered, brushing her fingers through his hair affectionately, "Like just then, she didn't give you a chance to even reply. Just hurt you and left."

Adam simply fed Zosia.

"That's all I've done to her though..."

"I'll book flight tickets for an hour or so away." Olivia mumbled.

"But you've apologise for it," Astrid whispered with a small sigh, "I don't know what I say, pretty boy, I really don't.  You've apologised to her, it's not your fault she didn't believe you, couldn't see that you were genuine. You hurt her because you thought she had hurt you. How dare she storm into here and hurt you, how dare she." she mumbled, kissing his cheek gently.

"Okay," Adam whispered.

"I think I deserve a lot more than what she did."

Olivia got her phone out and booked tickets.

"It's not like she's perfect, and we have enough to deal with - enough mistakes we need to try and fix without her coming and hurting you, making you feel awful." Astrid whispered, brushing her fingers through his hair affectionately.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Adam asked her quietly after a moment.

"Why wouldn't i?"

"She's a better person than I am."

"You can do things without thinking sometimes when your angry or upset, you have your own way of coping in awful situations but that doesn't make you a bad person, that doesn't make her a better. She isn't any angel, by any accounts." Astrid pointed out softly. "Now com on, go and have a shower or something, clear your head, get your own blood off of you. It might help…"

"Because your upset and angry and acting on impulse."

"We were going anyway, why not go now?!"

Kol just sighed and got up to head upstairs.

"Because you aren't even sure if we have anywhere to go, calm down, take a few deep breathes. Think this through properly."

Astrid got to her own feet and caught his hand before he could go, lifting a hand to rest on his cheek and whispering, "I love you, Kol, your a good person despite what she has made you think of yourself." before kissing his nose gently.

"I cheated on you before our wedding with her, that doesn't make me a good person."

"If we don't we can compel ourselves a house or something! I can't stay here any longer Adam. Not with him around."
