"You killed yourself on stage?

"Soooo, my surprise? Where is it? Out back?"

"No! A lighting grid and the lights fell on top of me. It wasn't planned trust me, hurt though."

"Ah. Well I'm sorry your career is over..."

"I'm not," Henrik admitted, "I uh, got to the point where I was just lonely to be honest. Only enjoyed it when I was actually on the stage. I'm glad it ended as it did, when it did. Always did want to finish my career once and for all with a bang."

"In the dining room,"

"Well it's definitely over now..."

Hope grinned and headed into the dining room.

"And all of my focus will be entirely on you, and the girls." He whispered quietly. "I'm sorry, about neglecting you recently. I really am.  I haven't made as much money as I thought from the tour, but we'll probably get lots of money compensation - well, you would, from what happened with me 'dying' and all of that so we should have enough for your dream wedding, no matter what you want to have we'll be able to afford it. We just need to start arranging it now."

In the dining room the table had a posh cloth over it, as well as candles dotted around the room and one in the middle of the table, as well as rose petals placed around the edge of the table. Two posh gourmet meals were placed, "I hired a chief to make us a posh meal at home," he hummed.

"It's fine, I get it. You don't want to get married to me, that's why you keep putting it off. I worked it out." Dakota shrugged. "No biggie." She whispered, the words getting caught in her throat a little.

A small smile crept over Hopes face. "That's amazing, thank you Zac."

"You worked it out wrong, you just - you know how up in the air things with my family have been, Kota." Henrik whispered with a sigh, "Things are calmer now, and we have more than enough money so it can be perfect, exactly how you want it to be. I want to marry you, Dakota, of course I want to marry you. Don't have any doubts about that."

"You deserve it," Zacarias whispered with a small smile, kissing her cheek before walking over and pulling the seat out for her to sit.

"We've been engaged over a decade, if we were meant to marry we'd have done it by now." Dakota whispered. "Just treat the kids with the money, do something nice for them."

"What've I done to deserve it?" Hope asked as she sat down.

"No Kota, the money is going on our wedding." Henrik whispered with a deep frown.

"Moved here with me." Zacarias whispered quietly.

"I don't deserve rewarding for that." Hope shook her head as she started to eat.

---

"Weddings off. Don't want to marry into a family that assumes I'd cheat on you, that never really accepted me anyway because of who i used to be."

"It's not about then though, Kota… it's about us. Us marrying. I don't care what they think of you, whether they accept you or not. I accept you, I love you, want to marry you."

"You deserving rewarding for putting up with me." Zacarias whispered, eating then too.

"Weddings off Henrik. It's off." Dakota shook his head. "I - if we were going to get married, if you wanted it that badly you wouldn't have put it off. I get it. You probably don't want to marry me because I still look about twelve or whatever."

Hope shook her head, brushing her hand across his face gently.

"No, that's not true at all." Henrik denied with a deep frown, "Kota please…"

Zacarias smiled.

"Please what? Plan a wedding that's been planned for over a decade?! I've her it planned from day one but you never even noticed because it clearly wasn't as important to you as it was to me. I've had everything planned, just ready and waiting for you so we could get married but that's never happened because you just don't want it."

Hope gently moved her hand away and finished eating then.

"I want to marry you, Kota, I never would of asked if I didn't want to marry you!" He replied with a shake of his head, "Please just believe me. I know I've been neglecting you, I'm sorry, I know things have just been so mad recently…"

Zacarias are silently, grinning when after they had done someone came out and took their plates away before putting down desert.

"Whatever. I'm tired and can't be bothered with arguing. I haven't slept in weeks and the twins have been teething and Ellie's sulking and I've had to deal with ten and with Jordan and I'm exhausted. So whatever."

"You really went all out." Hope laughed when dessert was served.

Henrik just let out a deep sigh.

---

"Mhm,"

"I'll come home when Jordan's sorted, you may as well leave."

"Thanks," Hope grinned as she atr.

"Do you want me to leave?" Henrik asked quietly with a deep frown.

---

"It's fine," Zacarias replied with a smile, "You deserve it."

Hope just shook her head, sitting back when she was finished.

"Do what you want to do."

"I want to stay here with you," Henrik whispered quietly.

---

"Fine." Dakota nodded.

((Okay ))

Henrik kissed her cheek gently after a moment of hesitation, "I do love you, Dakota, so, so much."

Zacarias offered her a gentle smile then, "I know you have already brought something to do with this, and I was nasty about it because it was during one of our arguments but I wanted to do this right... Hope, you have been brilliant, so, so brilliant with putting up with my 'episodes', staying with me after the amount of times I've almost ripped your - or other peoples at that. Putting up with me trying to make you leave me, though I've only just said that because I've been terrified of hurting you. At the end of the day, meeting you has been the best thing that ever happened to me. You're beautiful, patient, loving and caring and I don't know what I would do without you.... Will you marry me?" he asked, pulling out a ring box from his pocket and going onto one knee.

Hope froze a little when she realised what he was doing, staring wide eyes at him, having assumed that after their last argument that marriage was off the cards for them. When he asked her she burst into a huge grin and nodded. "Yes, yes of course I will. Yes."

Dakota just nodded a little at that.
