"No ones going to hurt you Cal...not now, not ever..." She whispered gently.

Marie glanced at Caleb and Laura.

"I know and I swear to you that you will be able to live a full life, like I promised."

Elijah and Charlotte looked over to them.

"Just so it's with you..." she whispered back.

Marie smiled gently.

"It will be."

Elijah smiled at her.

"Good."

Marie took his hand.

He held her hand.

Charlotte looked at them. "You should all go back go the village, if anything happens send the owl."

Caleb kissed her lips gently.

Marie smiled softly.

Laura gently kissed him back but pulled away as Charlotte spoke.

Elijah and Caleb nodded and they both hugged the girl in front of them, each kissing her right hand.

"You do still have my ole don't you?" In the end she laughed at their silence, before she whistled and an owl flew in through the window. "Take Ajax." She told them when the owl landed on her arm.

The girls each watched the guys.

Charlotte smiled at the girls, before she walked towards the stairs.

Marie and Laura both followed.

Charlotte looked at them. "Forgive me for being forward, but I would like to know the intentions of the pair of you when it comes to the boys."

Marie smiled warmly. "Well Elijah and I plan to marry. That being said my intent is to be with him for as long as I am able to do so."

Laura lifted her head to look at Caleb rather then Charlotte. "Caleb knows what he means to me otherwise I'm sure he wouldn't have put his life on the line to give us both the chance to remain at each others sides for eternity."

"I hope to get an invite to this wedding, Marie. But you didn't exactly answer my question Laura."

"Of course. As soon as a date is set you will recieve one from us."

Laura glanced at her. "If I did not want to be with Caleb for all of my life I would not have asked him to change me. I have loved him since I was a small child and I always will."

"So if he was to propose tomorrow, you would say yes?" Charlotte asked her, before she looked at Marie. "I look forward to it, has Elijah told you anything about me?"

Laura smiled at the thought. "He could propose right this very second and I'd say yes without a moments thought."

"Only that you were very close to both him and Caleb, you all help each other."

"It's a bit more than help."

"Yes well I wasn't sure how to put it into words."

She smiled. "It's fine, just look after the boys, promise me that."

"You have our word" Marie promised her, Laura nodding her head.

Charlotte nodded. "Good, you may leave, please don't do anything reckless."

"That is not how I am" Marie assured her heading outside.

"You might not be but your fiancé is, just throwing his seed around carelessly."

"I don't sleep around anymore Charlotte." Elijah reminded her.

Marie laid a hand on Elijah's cheek. "You wouldn't do something like that and lose my truth, would you?"
