"Just because she's seen me, doesn't mean she knows me." Cole muttered quietly.

Zacarias just let out a deep sigh, "It's the truth,"

The next day, Isabella was sat by herself at a table just outside of the coffee shop where she had caught Nikolai on his way to work the first time they'd had a proper conversation. Having been going there more since what happened with Vanessa, though she just was just staring at her coffee as it went cold.

"I think she's developed a bit of a crush on you." Zosia sighed. "Doesn't matter anyway if you didn't like her; mm?"

"Whatever. I'm probably not even mums, I'm probably grandmas. Mum'll probably be happier with this kid since she knows it's definitely hers."

Nikolai was walking on the other side of the street with his earphones in.

"You're your mothers, mine and your mothers." Zacarias promised quietly, "You're just as important to us as this baby, Tania, you really are."

Isabella got to her feet when she spotted him and jogged across the road, catching his hand to get his attention. Smiling gently.

"She can't do that because she doesn't know me, stop it, Zosia! Stop it!" Cole snapped.

"Don't you dare fucking shout at me! Fuck you." Zosia hissed before walking ahead.

"Hey you." Nikolai said as he hummed her.

"Whatever."

"Hey," She greeted quietly, "You never phoned... I waited for you to and you didn't. Did you speak to your mom?"

Cole just backed up then, closing his eyes tightly and turning his back to her, just watching the ground.

Zacarias sighed deeply.

"She told me if I spoke to you again she'd have you compelled."

"Can I go now?"

Zosia just walked home then.

"I haven't done anything wrong, Nikki..." Isabella whispered quietly, "Can we go travelling, please? Me and you... She can't stop us, we're our own people. I really care about you, please don't leave me because of her. Please..." she pleaded.

Zacarias just nodded subtly, whispering, "Love you, Tania,"

"She's my mum Bella. My mum..."

"Whatever." Tania whispered before leaving.

"I didn't do anything wrong..." She trembled.

"I know you didn't, but mums so convinced you'll screw me over like your mum did with her..."

"So you're going to let her punish me - punish us for something I haven't even done? Y-You were going to leave me and not even going to call me to tell me.. When I'm starting to fall - I......."

"We barely know each other."

"Fuck you then. Fuck off to your judgemental bitch of a mother, and judgemental fucking family!" Isabella snapped as she backed away from him, a wounded expression on her face. "Fuck you!" she trembled, trying not to cry.

"I'm sorry Bella... But if your mum made you choose.. You'd have chosen her like I've chosen mine."

"No, I would of told her to fuck off. I would of told her it's my fucking life and I genuinely like you and you're the first person to not judge me because of what other people have done! I thought I'd actually found a friend in you, you bastard! Fuck off to your mommy then, you mommy's boy! Don't come crying to me when you realise your miserable because she doesn't want you to grow up because I'll be…. I don't know where the fuck I'll be but I won't be hung up on you!" She shook.

"I'm sorry Bella. Goodbye." Nikolai frowned before walking away.

Isabella just made her face vamp out, hissing after him before turning and sprinting off.

Nikolai just sighed deeply.

Cole didn't return home until early the next morning, wandering into the house in silence. Shivering from the rain.

"Where the hell have you been!" Olivia hissed when she saw her son before pulling him Into a hug. "We rang you and rang you and went out looking for you! Where've you been Cole?! We were so worried!"

"Zosia left me on my own…" Cole mumbled quietly, body shaking, "My phone ran out of battery. There were alleyways between the place Zosia brought me and home and it got dark quick."

"Oh Cole..." Olivia hugged him tightly. "You're home now, you're safe. Your dad, grandpa and Zosia are still out looking for you, have been all night."

"Zosia was being moody with me because I'm not instantly open with her friend, because her fried apparantly likes me and I was saying she couldn't because she doesn't even know me. She kept saying I didn't like the girl when I don't even have an opinion of her. Yelled at me and stormed off." He shivered.

"It's okay, it's okay. You're home safe now, she wont be getting away with it."
