"Mm," Ciaran hummed quietly, "I'm not good with kids, you know that…. Just as a warning."

"You can, the baby is fine. There hasn't been any issues with it this time, I'm sure it'll be safe."

Adam smiled.

"You don't know that!"

"I'm surprised you let him."

"Barely." Siobhán sighed.

"Yes he did," Ciaran muttered, "They would of let you stay, just not me. You choose to follow me, you could of stayed. Been all happy with mom and dad and the backstabbing un-fucking-grateful Emmett."

"I've missed him," Adam replied with a small shrug, "And he offered, it was nice... I had no real reason not to."

Zacarias let out a small sigh.

---

Falin wandered into Vanessa's restaurant, glancing around for her.

Vanessa was clearing up as it was at the end of the night.

"Never. I wouldn't have left you."

---

Olivia nodded in understanding.

---

Hope whimpered and squeezed his hand.

"Vanessa... We need to talk." Falin sighed as she wandered over to her. "About our children, us... It seems the two are effecting each other more than they should be."

"You're an idiot. You should of. I would've."

"You'll be okay," Zacarias soothed.

---

"I invited him to move in with us like I did because I figured you needed your best friend back too, figured you missed him as much as I did. Plus, he's close to the kids too."

"There is no us and the matter to do with Nikolai and Isabella has been sorted." Vanessa said curtl, narrowing her eyes.

"No. You're my brother. We've always been together."

---

"I won't lie, I stopped missing him a long time ago... When he basically shit all over me to prove a point that your mother was great."

"It hurts!"

"Why punish children for our broken friendship?" Falin asked with a sigh, "That isn't fair on them, Vanessa and I don't know about your boy but it's hurt Izzy."

Ciaran just let out a deep sigh.

Adam frowned a little bit at that, whispering, "Well, he's paying for that now."

"I know, I know,"

"Mm."

---

"It didn't effect Nikolai."

---

"Love you Ciar."

Hope rolled over and breathed deeply.

"Really? Have you actually spoken to him about it, or have you just demanded that he do what you want with the delusion that my daughter'll hurt him. I don't care if you outline the risks to him, Vanessa, but it isn't fair on either of them to punish them for what happened with us."

"I love you too, Siob," Ciaran sighed.

---

"I don't need nor want parenting lessons from you!"

"I know."

"I don't care what you want, your actions have hurt my child, Vanessa. She hasn't done a thing wrong and you're viol for judging a child like that."

"Good,"

Adam was silent then for a few minutes before whispering, "You know, I wish Zosia was honest about me about how she felt in the past as a result of how I've acted."

Zacarias kissed her forehead.

"Get out." Vanessa hised. "Get the fuck out and do not come anywhere near me or my family again."

"What did she say?" Olivia frowned as she moved to sit up.

---

"What if this pain isn't normal?"

---

Shall we go out tonught rather than have the cook do something?"

Ciaran nodded subtly in response to that, "If you want," he whispered.

"I'm sure it is," Zacarias soothed, "We'll ask a nurse when they come back into the room, okay?"

"That no wonder Cole's screwed up when I never even smiled yet alone shown affection whilst he was growing up. That I made her feel awful, made her feel as if she couldn't make me smile anymore." He grumbled.

"No," Falin hissed, "I'm not going anywhere until you stop judging her, stop preventing her from being friends with your boy for something she hasn't even done! She has no friends, Vanessa, not one - they all steer clear of her, like they all used to steer clear of you because of who you're family are."

Vanessa just walked away.

Hope just whined quietly.

---

"Yeah, I think the atmosphere would do us some good."

---

"Cole is not screwed up, and if he were it wouldn't be because of you Adam."

"What if he is, what if it is." Adam mumbled quietly, leaning his head back ad watching the ceiling with a deep sigh.

Falin caught her wrist and pulled her to face her. "Lets sit down and talk properly."

---

Ciaran just nodded a little bit in response to that.

"Sshh," Zacarias soothed with a deep frown.

"He's had a traumatic event. That's why he is how he is. He knew you loved him growing up."

"Why the hell would I want to sit down and talk to you, mm? Why the fuck would I want to do that?!"

---

"Sorry... Tania refused to answer my calls..." Tatia whispered as she came back inside.

---

Siobhan just leaned back with a sigh.

"Because you're obviously hurting and I've treated you like shit so I need to apologise. Try and fix it, if not our friendship then the friendship our children are beginning to develop with each other."

Zacarias just let out a deep sigh.

---

Ciaran glanced over at her with a sigh.

---

"Mm.." Adam hummed doubtfully.

"There is no friendship between them."

---

"You gonna drive home now?"

---

Hope just rolled over at that with a sigh, pushing her face to her pillow

"It has nothing to do with you, don't worry."

"What do they have then, Vanessa? Because she's pretty devastated that you aren't letting them talk."

Zacarias let out a deep sigh.

---

Ciaran nodded subtly, starting the car up and driving off.

Adam just mumbled something incoherent, closing his eyes.

"They had a one sided crush, clearly."

---

"Go... want to be on my own."

"Honey, we can't leave."

---

Siobhan relaxed back.

---

"Adam..."

"Maybe you should just leave them alone, Vanessa. She wouldn't hurt a fly, as fiesty as she acts sometimes." Falin replied with a deep sigh. "If he didn't feel even friendship for her then he wouldn't of invited her anywhere and by what she told me about what you said to her; he seems quite taken with her, not working properly, getting distracted when she was around."

Zacarias just frowned deeply.

"Mm?"

"Uh... nothing... nothing." Olivia mumbled and got up.

---

"Just want five minutes. Please."

---

"Go. Away."

Adam watched her with a small frown.

"You even want me to leave?" He asked quietly, sounding a little hurt.

---

"No. Sit down and talk to me, like an adult. Even when you were a little kid you used to sit and talk to me."

"Just want five minutes on my own Zac..."

"No. I don't want to talk to you! I have dealt with not having any friends for years. I don't need you now."

---

"It's fine Adam, honestly. Doesn't matter."

"It obviously does," Adam replied with a deep sigh, "What is it?"

Zacarias sighed deeply, getting to his feet and just heading out of the room.

Falin just pulled her into a tight hug, letting out a deep sigh and whispering, "I'm so sorry I've hurt you, Vanessa, so sorry. It was never my intention and I know I probably sound like a broken record now but I have nothing to distract me from fixing our friendship. I am away from Damon, I'll never see him again and Isabella is all grown now."
