Mica exhaled shakily and nodded, "Are you okay?"

"As good as I can be."

Mica nodded, just pulling him into a hug.

Joseph held her close.

"If Maddie wants to go anywhere, you can take her... I just needed to see if you were okay with him going to New Orleans with my parents." Mica whispered, tangling her fingers in his hair.

"She wants to go to the park... she wants us all to go get some icecream."

"Lloyd won't come, so I'll have to stay here with him..."

"We can go anther time."

"We can do something else another time, you were gone, then you weren't you.. She's probably wants some father daughter time."

"She wanted all of us to go, if Lloyd wont join we can wait until later."

"Okay," She sighed, resting one her hands on his cheek and pressing her lips to his.

Joseph kissed her back softly.

"I love you, so much. You're a massive part of my world."

"Mm... you too."

"There is popcorn in the cupboard, why don't we sit down on the sofa with Maddie and watch that silly move you like? That way Lloyd can come down and join us if he wants and we're still spending time with Maddie like she wanted."

"Yeah... yeah that sounds good."

"You set it up, I'll give my parents a call."

"Your mum gone back to your dad?"

"Kind of... Henrik convinced her to go to New Orleans, he's playing peace keeper, I think."

"So, what's the situation then? No point sending our son if he's going to be in a bad atmosphere."

"I don't know... but it'll be okay, if there is a bad atmosphere then mum'll probably go back with Henrik and Lloyd can stay with my dad."

"That's just messing the kid about."

"It isn't, it's getting away from us Lloyd wants and him and dad get along well anyway."

Joseph just sighed.

"It'll be fine Joe, my parents don't have to be together for him to spend time with my dad."
