Lilly was currently dozing in a chair in the corner, having only left the hospital over the past few days to get herself a drink and even that was five minutes, having been there when it had happened; the noise having woken her up.

Alexis walked in after she hadn't started her shift a few wards over and she tapped Lily. "Hey wake up.@ she whispered. "I've brought breakfast."

"Brea- no, no I'm not hungry." Lilly mumbled groggily, not even opening her eyes.

"Koby told me it's your favourite from the restaurant." She told her putting it on the table beside her. "Well this and you loved the baked potato for lunch."

"It's from the resteraunt?" She whispered, opening her eyes.

"Yeah don't worry I picked this one something up too." She told her nodding to an extra bag next to her brother.

"Good..."

She smiled. "How long have you known about what he does?" She asked.

"Couple of days..."

She nodded before she looked at her brother. "Koby?"

"He's sleeping, why I fell asleep." Lilly whispered, stretching before getting to her feet and walking to Koby's side, taking his hand.

"No Koby isn't sleeping." She told her walking to her brother. "He sleep about two hours..." she put her fingers to his neck. "He isn't breathing."

"What?" She frowned, backing up.

"Go and get the nurse." She told her as she dragged back the blanket off her brother and soon found an open wound in his side. "What the fuck." She took off her jacket and used it to stem the bleeding.

She done as told.

Soon nurses came to take over and a doctor asked her to leave and knowing she had no choice she waited outside.

Lilly stood near the door, peering through the window.

Alexis ended up texting Daniel, telling him that she needed a friend and she had gone abck to her ward to tell them that she wouldn't be returning to work until later and she waited. After a few hours, they had Koby stabilised on drips and a ventilator. "What happened?" She demanded when the doctor came to speak to them.

Lilly pushed her way past the doctor, heading into the room and taking Koby's hand quietly.

Koby was unconscious but breathing. Alexis waited by the door watching.

Lilly hesitated, leaning down to kiss his lips gently. "You are a catch, don't you let yourself go before I can prove it to you."

Alexis watched them and she felt a small pang of jealousy, for months she had felt the same about Daniel that beside her daughter he was the only other person she had feelings for. "He'll be okay, Koby's strong."

"Mm," Lilly mumbled.

She smiled, looking to her brother.

Lilly sat herself down.
