Reuniting Tornedalians

"He's getting married?!" She seemed partially shocked. "But his little Belle has not passed mine or Marcus' inspection." It was clear that this was the reason that Christian did not date, his older siblings never let him.

Marie laughed softly. "Ah, well your father and I have tried many times to get in touch with the two of you. There's a lot to tell you both." she smiled. "He is. She's lovely, she's passed everyone else's tests thus far and the children have taken to her really well. She's the only young lady that has stuck around Sophia.

Sophia raised an eyebrow. "I will have to see this for myself." She told her. "There has been a lot to tell you all too, Marcus and I just came back from the wars." She told her. "It's nice to be home."

She held her tightly. "We will have to all sit down you have a younger sister to meet as well, a little cousin too. You can tell us all about your travels."

She nodded. "I will, where's pappa?"

"I believe he was talking to the Elders."

"Oh...I'm not exactly on good terms with the Elders...Not after that incident the other century."

"I'll come with you," she wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

"Are you sure?" She asked. "Mumma, you and papa are highly thought of, too highly for someone like me."

"Sophia, darling, you are my daughter, don't be asking me if I'm sure when I say I will always stand beside you," Marie replied guiding her towards where the elders were speaking, therefore straight to her father.

Laura just so happened to be there as well her eyes widening upon seeing her niece there.

Sophia followed, keeping her mouth shut. Elijah had his back to them,talking to the elders about the recent hunter attacks. Caleb was with them as well.

Laura nudged Caleb and gestured towards Marie and their niece.

"Eli, look who's here..." Marie told him smiling.

Elijah turned in curiousity and he smiled as he saw Sophia and he opened his arms to her, letting her run to him and fling her arms around his neck as he swung her around in his arms. "My darling."

"Hello Pappa." Sophia smiled.

Caleb smiled at seeing his niece.

Laura smiled leaning against Caleb. "Where there's Sophia there has to be our nephew. Do you see him around?"

Marie couldn't hide the wide smile on her face.

Caleb looked to her, and then he looked around, soon finding Sophia's twin with Christian and Ethan. "Found."

Elijah brushed some hair from his daughter's face, he smiled. "Where is your brother?"

"He went to find Christian, papa." Sophia told him.

Laura smiled widely. "This is wonderful."

Marie smiled. "We all need to sit and talk as a family."

"That we do." Elijah agreed. "Sophia, go and find your brother's, Christian will show you to our tent, your mother and I will find the others."

Marie agreed taking his hand.

Elijah held her hand as he watched his daughter run off. "She's not changed at all."

"Our kids hardly ever do but they grow up.... fast."

He smiled. "True." He told her. "Come.on, let's go and find Angel."

She smiled. "Let's. She shouldn't be to hard to find."

Angel was hard to find this time, but she was soon found sitting in hers and Alexander's tent, reading.

She smiled when they found her.

When they had found her, they brought her to their tent where Alexander was already playing with his dad.
