"He asked to be alone, but I didn't want to go too far in case he I don't know.. Walked into something."

She nodded. "I'll see if he wants to have me around." She told him as she walked into the house, getting to him on the side that Noah suggested, but she stayed by the door just in case. "Harrison?"

Harrison paused where he was stood pacing, his lips tightening in concentration as she spoke; trying to adjust to everything being quieter. Turning to face her he slowly approached, his right eye entirely fogged up - his wolf having healed the soreness but not been able to return the sight. The skin where his ear once had been still sore. "You're not going to like me now."

"Why would you say that?" She asked, about to approrach but thought better. "Can I come closer?"

"If you want."

She walked over and she slid her arms around him. "No matter what happens, I will love you."

"I couldn't keep you safe, and now I'm hideous too."

She shook her ehad. "I chose to go with them to save you." She told him. "And you're still as handsome as ever."

He shook his head, just resting his chin on top of her head. "Are you ok?"

She nodded. "I'll live, can I stay here permanently now?"

"I- Why.. Your leaving your pack?"

"Don't get mad?" She asked. "They only knew where we were because my mum told them, they had her under a spell."

"I.. A spell, is she ok?"

She nodded. "I'm so frustrated though, I wanted to come here, but they all demanded that I have an escort, so I snapped."

"They were worried about you. I- You can stay until your not mad at them but I think you need to go back eventually. They're your family, all of them. They love you, you love them too. You'd miss them."

"I don't want to be treated like a kid who can't make their own decisions, all they kept saying was that your pack might hurt me if I went alone, they wouldn't listen to me believing in your pack." She told him. "I just want to be treated like a wolf, not a hybrid."

"They were treating you like a loved one. You would hate it, only ever being treated as a wolf. All my father done was treat me as a wolf, never his kid or his family. Stop being so harsh on them."

She sighed. "I'm sorry."

"Doesn't sound like it's me you have to apologise to. Stay until you know I'm ok, stay until your calm enough to be mature to them. But you have to go back."

"Can I still stay?" She asked. "Not because of my family, not because of my dad's pack, but because I want to for me and for us?"

"You need to make up with them..."

"After that?"

He nodded

She smiled. "How's your injuries?" She asked. "Are you in much pain?"

"No pain anymore just.. Just.." He grimaced, struggling to find the words.
