Reuniting Tornedalians

The next morning, Noah was laying on the bed beside Rebekah; having not left her side since the events of the night time. Currently he rubbed her arm gently, watching her closely.

Harrison was sat upright on the floor, staring ahead in silence.

Peyton wandered around the city, searching for Koby after he had shifted the night before

Rebekah appeared to be in a nice deep sleep.

Faun was sat across from him, watching him.

Harrison made eye contact with her briefly before looking away.

Noah sighed softly, remaining as he was.

Peyton searched.

"Talk to me." She whispered.

Rebekah started to stir.

"Silver knife through the heart is probably a quick way to go, chuck one over and I'll do it myself if you can't."

"Hi," Noah whispered softly in greeting

"No, we will fix this." She told him. "Everyone is alright, no serious injuries."

"Your sat so far away from me that I don't know of I believe you,"

Noah leaned down to press his lips to hers gently. "Stay resting." He whispered, "You don't have anything you need to do today."

"As much as this whole city life has been lovely, I wish your wolf would stop running off." Peyton mumbled about Koby but to herself as she continued her search, looking down alleyways.

Koby came back out of an alleyway, fastening his jacket.

She nodded. "Are you staying too?"

She looked at him. "You tried to rip me, Rebekah and Abigail apart, you nearly succeeded with Becks, forgive me for being slightly apprehensive."

Peyton pushed him gently when she saw him, "You go further and further away every time."

Noah nodded, "Mhm, your stuck with me all day."

"So go get the knife, hm?" Harrison hummed, exhausted. "Lets just stop all of this now."

"Yeah I don't know what the wolf is looking for."

She smiled weakly. "Good."

"It's looking for something?" She frowned, sliding her arms around his neck gently.

"I don't want to be here if your scared of me," Harrison whispered sadly. "I don't want to be here if I'm him."

Noah nodded, brushing his fingers through her hsir affectionately. "I could of lost you."

She made her way over to him closing the gap and she lifted his head up to look at her. "You're nothing like him, we will stop these witches but you need to trust me." She whispered. "I'm not scared of you, I could never be scared of you."

"I could have lost you." She told him.

"I'm scared of me."

"Mm, you got a bit more hurt than I did." Noah grimaced. "We got rid of him though, together, we got rid of him.. Now we just have Harrison to deal with."

"It's still aggresive toward me," Peyton whispered.

"I'm. Working on it." He promised.

"We will deal with him together." She promised.

"I don't like the idea of him being anywhere near you after what he did." Noah whispered.

Harrison lowered his head to rest his forehead against her shoulder.

"I believe you, but.. We should head home, Faun called me last night. She had a rough night, she sounded overwhelmed, it sounded like she was crying. I- We need to go home, just to hug her."

He nodded. "Sounds good."

She hugged him close.

"I know." She whispered.

"No one gets to hurt you like that, no one, not even him."

"I- I should probably go and face everyone, right?" Harrison mumbled.

"Lets head straight to the airport?"

"Probably would be a good idea." She told him.

He nodded.

"I can't... Except, I did." Noah whispered. "That- That's two of them I took on last night. His dad and him."

Peyton headed tlward the airport.

"I remember that." She whispered. "I was so proud of you."

She nodded. "Of course."

He followed.

Noah smiled brightly at that, hummjng softly in response; "You make me brave... Or wreckless. Maybe both."

Harrison got to his feet quietly and headed out.

"Definitely both."

She went with him, taking his hand. "First you need to see an old friend.

"A what?" Harrison frowned, letting her lead the way then.

Noah just laughed quietly at that.

"An old friend." She brought them to Rebekah and Noah's den, knocking on the door. "It's just us Noah, can we come in?" Faun called out quietly, not realising that Rebekah was awake.
