Blood Moon - Ned your help

Hi guys, I'm working on a story for a family member, thought I'd turn it into an RP so that you guys can help me work out the story line. I've not got many characters yet, only a few main ones

Background
It's set in Viking England, in a small village outside of what is now Leicestershire. Vikings are not as uncivilised as people believe, they pillage and plunder, but they also look after each other and themselves. They take slaves and murder, but they look after and heal the sick. there is always a 'ruling family' The Chieftain and the Cheiftess. Other vikings work a variety of jobs, from seamstress, to blacksmith, to farmer, to warrior, to fishermen. Women and men are seen as equal, women fight alongside the men. They have normal jobs and warrior jobs, waiting for the call to pillage or protect her homeland.

Thora was sat outside of her family's home, she was sharpening her axe blade as she watched the rising sun and watching Eadgar as he chopped firewood.

Solveig was playing with Frenir, Thoras wolf, after spending the night with her aunties and uncle whilst Mikael had been off fishing.

Astrid was in her family's barn, just finishing up after feeding the cows and the sheep. She was cleaning up the barn.

Ragnar was still in bed, he had spent too long in the alehouse the night before and was sleeping it off before Thora and Mikael dealt with him.

Mikael was just bring his boat back to shore, he had been out all night fishing, and he had returned with quite the catch.

Halsey was sat on the bit of land that was just off the sand, and overlooked the shore; picking up flowers to make a boquet as per requested of her; knowing fully well that there would not be many in that area but wanting to be close to the ocean as it helped calm her racing mind.

"I see you have sheep," Cedric hummed, far too confidently for his position as he leant against the barn doorway. "Do you happen to have any wool for sale?"

Freya was sat just outside her home, sowing as she watched the sky.

"Wooling season it not for another 6 weeks." Astrid told him, she was set to ignore him as she continued sweeping.

Mikael had moored his boat not far away and he started unloading baskets of fish.

Solveig had ended up walking off from her aunt with Frenir with her, the large wolf keeping tabs on the child easily enough.

"Why was I sebt to get some then," He mused to himself, "Can I just buy a whole sheep off of you then? Maybe thats what they meant."

Halsey paused to look around her, quietly watching Mikael for a few moments before abandoning her handful of wilted flowers and making her way over, cautiously, to him. "Can I help you?"

Freya smirked slightly when she saw Solveig coming in her direction.

"Come on Frenir." Solveig shouted to the wolf.

"You would have to ask my brother, unfortunately he isn't available right now."

"If you'd like." He told her. "Must warn you, they are quite heavy."

"I'm stronger than I look," She hummed softly, picking up a basket easily enough. "Where do you want them?"

"Who is your brother?" He hummed, tilting his head to the side slightly.

"Out on your own, Solveig?"

"No I've got Frenir, Freya." Solveig smiled.

"I meant on your own not including the wolf," Freya hummed.

Cedric wrinkled his nose at that, "Right; well, thats a scary sounding name he has. Very... Viking."

She nodded, putting it down where he wanted it and continuing with the rest.

"Yeah, daddy should be back from fishing soon and Auntie Thora will help be joining me soon."

He continued with the rest.

"Really, seems I am in the wrong place." He replied with an eyeroll. "I am aware, I was trying to be funny."

"I have to go now, I need to find some flowers that aren't wilted."

She nodded. "We were going to the meadows, do you want to come too?"

"Lakes aren't as soothing as oceans are though," She complained quietly.

"I will, um, I will leave you be now. Please don't tell anyone I helped, I don't want it getting back." Hasley whispered.

"That's pretty, not scary." Cedric hummed. "That's good."

Mikael nodded. "You'd best run ahead, I've still got to wait here." He told her.

Solveig smiled as she saw her dad. "Daddy!" She took off running.

"I can only go back if I have wool... Or a sheep. Whichever it was."

Hasley nodded, smiling lightly when she spotted Solveig before walking off towards the lake. Continuing her search for flowers.

Freya followwd Solveig down.

"There are other farms." She told him,

Mikael knelt down and he scooped his daughter up when she got to him. "Little bird." He smiled.

"Mm, full of energy as always she is." Freya hummed gently.
