"Why? All you did was disrespect her since last night and she did nothing at all wrong. Whatever is said to me I'm going to tell her anyhow."

She looked over the menu at him.

“Alright,” his mother told him before she turned on Elsa. “How dare you insult me in front of the hospital staff!” She suddenly shouted. “You stupid little slut, you embarrass me in front of my family and people that I know!”

"And you wonder why she did that?! Look at how you're treating her, treating Damian and I. Treating everyone! You're still acting like everything is all about you and it's not, none of this is about you. Do you even recall whose house this is that you're in shouting at her right now because it's not yours.," Elijah snapped at her. "You loved her for years and years when you thought she was going to be with Damian but now that she's with me you don't like her anymore? You make no fucking sense."

“Times change Elijah, Elsa and Damian are well suited, you’re our son, you and her never so much as spoke a word to each other back then.”

“Elijah be respectful if your mother.” His father told him

"Respectful? Like hell I will. I'm not respecting anyone that doesn't respect my lady or me. And with all the lies lately I'm done. Come on Elsa," he grabbed her hand and led her upstairs.

Elsa happily followed him she had kept quiet through the whole thing because she knew he needed to have his say.

"They keep treating me like a damn child, like this isn't my house, like I don't deserve to be happy for once in my life."

She looked to him. “I think you just proved that you’re anything but a child.”

"I hope so because I'm really getting so tired of it all," he brought her to his room.

She smiled comfortingly. “I’m sure.” She moved to sit on the edge of his bed

He pushed the door closed locking it. Moving to the bed, he sat down beside her.

She looked to him sliding her hands into his. “Everything is going ti be okay.”

He held both of her hands in his.

She looked up at him with a soft calming smile

"I'm good, don't worry."

She looked to him. “I can see it bothers you, but like I said in the Uber I’m always going to be here.”

"I'm better when I'm with you, there's not much I can do right now if all she wants to do is keep lying."

She nodded in agreement

He kicked off his shoes and scooted back on the bed to make himself comfortable.

She watched him before she slid off her shoes and done the same

He opened his arms to her.

She moved into his arms happily

He wrapped his arms around her.

She rested her head on his chest as she settled in his arms

He held her close, placing a kiss to the top of her head.
