The Vampire Diaries

Klaus sighed and sat down beside Vanessa, resting a hand on her shoulder and whispering, "I know it hurts, Ness, don't fight it. It'll hurt more if you fight it."

"W-what's happening?" Vanessa cried out as there were more cracking sounds and she moved and shifted around. Tatia watched her daugher with a sad expression on her face, almost crying herself.

"Your shifting into a wolf," Klaus told her quietly, "Just don't fight it, Ness."

"I don't want to!" Vanessa shouted, "It hurts! Stop it daddy!" She then was forced down onto all fours as her arms and legs started twisting and cracking, casing her to cry out at each break. Her eyes had gone fully yellow and her teeth had come out.

"Tatia, get out of here in case she bites you." Klaus told her sharply, reaching over and grabbing the chains, chaining Vanessa up as he comforted her quietly.

"No," Tatia shook her head, "I can't leave her like this." she responded, and within a few moments she had her arms gently pinned behind her back and was being led out of the cellar by Kol. "Let go of me!"

"She'll be fine with Klaus, T. You need to leave." Kol told her before simply picking his sister in law up and carrying her out.

Klaus watched her go silently before looking back to Vanessa, smoothing her hair gently and whispering, "It'll be okay sweetie,"

Vanessa shook her head, "It hurts daddy," she cried, laying on the floor as her body tiwsted and cracked.

"I know it does," Klaus whispered, "I know,"

Vanessa just cried out as she changed.

Klaus frowned as he watched.

After an hour or so, Vanessa had fully changed. She looked more like a puppy than an actual wolf, so the snarling and growling noises she was making towards Klaus weren't that intimidating.

(( I can imagine the adorable ness of a baby wolf trying to be vicious xD )))

Klaus just laughed quietly and shook his head at her.

Vanessa suddenly lunged towards him at his laughter.

Klaus shook his head at her and just moved out of the way so she couldn't get to him.

Vanessa continued to go for him.

Klaus just watched silently, avoiding her lunges and grumbling, "It'll be a long night."

Vanessa just snarled and started attacking the gate that was keeping her in.

"Nessa. No." Klaus warned though he knew it wouldn't make a difference.

Vanessa kept tearing at the enclosure, wanting to be out.

Klaus shook his head in the negative, knowing she wouldn't be able to get out.

Vanessa eventually just whined and rested on the ground.

Klaus reached over to run his fingers through her fur gently.

Vanessa snarled at him, shifting away.

Klaus shrugged and just brought his hands back to rest on his lap, watching her.
