Sirius stayed in the darkest part of the room.

Death handed Maisie to Hikari, who walked out into the corridor, before he turned to face Coby, who stubbornly pouted at him, moving to hold onto the leg of the bed.

Tuesday coughed a few times before blinking blearily, looking around with confusion. The first thing that seemed to hit was that Death had been there threatening Alarick and she scrambled to try and get to her feet, panicking about Alarick's safety.

"He's fine Tuesday, Scarlet has him."

Jess moved to lean over the side of the bed, watching Coby.

Tuesday flinched before relaxing when she realised it was Sirius. "When did he go to hers?"

"Coby." Death's voice was monotone but Coby still flinched anyway, moving to wriggle himself under the bed with a whimper.

Jess moved so she was looking under the bed.

"A few hours ago."

Coby shuffled further under the bed, not wanting to get caught, though he winced slightly when one of his wings got caught on one of the slats of the bed.

"He and Ian aren't going to fight, are they? Where did Death go?"

"Easy, I've got you, just stay still." Jess got him unstuck.

He shrugged as an answer to both.

"I don't wanna go...I'm always allowed in here, but now you..." Coby pouted. "You're pretty and I like you but..."

"Coby. Jealousy isn't befitting of you."

Coby flinched, trying to make himself small.

Tuesday wiped her mouth quietly before asking, "You okay? You seem a bit down."

She watched them.

"I'm as fine as I can be."

"Coby."

Coby flinched and then obediently walked towards the door, staring at the floor.

"Mm..." Tuesday rubbed her eyes absently. "Wasn't I doing something?"

Jess moved to stand and she stretched properly, and now it was much lighter, there was white scars that criss crossed all over her legs.

Sirius told her what had happened.

Death silently moved to stand in the doorway, quietly herding Coby out as he asked, "Would you like me to wait in the hallway while you dress?"

Tuesday was quiet for a long time before mumbling an apology and moving to hug herself.

"I wasn't really planning on getting changed just yet." She looked at him and she walked to him.

"It's ok."

"Were you hoping to rest some more?" Death shut the door before turning to face her.

Tuesday kept her eyes on her feet, staying silent.

"That and I was hoping that the person I'm in love ith would give me a kiss?"

"So....This is probably a new record for us..."

"If that is what you want." Death walked towards her quietly, reaching out to touch the back of his fingers to her cheek gently.

"A new record for what?"

"Well, usually when something bad has happened to one of us, we are making up for it with hit sex, but this time it's been 20 minutes and we aren't having sex or contact of any sort."

Tuesday hesitated for a moment, looking almost bewildered as she asked, "So is that a bad thing, or a good thing, that it's been twenty or so minutes? Because I can throw you against a wall if you want me to."

"As if you could move me." Sirius told her. "But it's up to you, personally I would like to test your theory."

"Is that you giving me permission to have my wicked way with you? Because I can damn well try and move you." Tuesday moved to fold her arms.

"It is."

Sirius looked at her. "Go ahead."

Death approached her and took hold of her face gently.

Tuesday walked towards him, slipping her hands under his shirt and kissing his neck. "How about we skip the whole me pushing you thing because we both know who's gonna win that."

"Yeah because we all know that I will end up pinning you to a hard surface and have my wicked way with you."

Jess looked at him.

Tuesday kissed behind his ear gently as she murmured, "What are you waiting for then?"

Death leaned to first gently kiss her cheekbone, before brushing his mouth softly down her jaw and then kissing her properly.

"I'm going to let you hold your own tonight."

She closed her eyes allowig herself to concentrate on his kisses and she kissed him back when he reached her ips.
