Caleb: wrapped her in his arms kissing the side of her head lightly

Vanessa nodded and pulled away then, going back to Leon and Holly.

Klaus glanced to Finn and Kol then and laughed quietly at the looks on their faces, "Are your faces going to be stuck like that forever? Because I won't be able to look at you both with a straight face otherwise."

Mia smiled at Caleb, resting her head on his shoulder as she watched her family without a word.

Caleb: smiled back at her holding her just a bit closer

Vanessa leaned over and kissed Leon's cheek as she picked up Holly and hugged her tightly.

"I - I uh." Kol said, completely speechless, before he just shook his head and walked towards his brother and pulled him into a hug.

Klaus just laughed and hugged his younger brother back, patting his back twice as he did so and muttering, "You stink of alcohol, Kol. Thought you weren't one for daytime drinking?"

"You know, I'm glad you feel comfortable enough to be here." Mia whispered quietly to Caleb, "I thought you'd be a bit over-whelmed with more or less my entire family in one room."

"Desperate times and desperate measures an' all that." Kol shrugged weakly, pulling back.

Klaus laughed a bit and shook his head before he moved his gaze onto Finn, whom Sage pushed towards him in gentle encouragement.

"It's good to have you back Nik," Finn said with a smile.

Klaus just gave a nod and pulled his older brother into a hug.

Caleb: wrinkled his nose a little I'd rather not be in a room with them all but as long as you're between me and them I might stand a chance. he whispered with a playful smirk

Mia just laughed a little bit at that, glancing across the room to Malvolio whom was watching Finn and Klaus with a grin. "If this all weren't so emotional I reckon Mal'd be starting an argument with you." She whispered very quietly.

Finn hugged his brother back tightly.

Caleb: gave a nod of agreement to that Yeah even after more then three years he still doesn't trust me anywhere near you.

Klaus pulled back from his brother after a moment or two and turned to Caleb. "Tat has told me how good you've been for Mia. So, I suppose in a few months, if it is okay with Tat too me and Tat can take a trip to Hawaii for maybe an hour or so and when we get back turn you into a hybrid, if you like." he offered, glancing over his shoulder to Tatia to see if it was okay with her.

Mia smiled brightly at what her father said, glancing to her mother hopefully.

Tatia looked between Caleb and Mia, before nodding and leaning into Klaus.

Mia grinned and moved her gaze to Caleb then, just waiting for his reply rather patiently.

Klaus slid his arms around Tatia's waist before pressing his lips to hers deeply.

Caleb: grinned and squeezed Mia lightly before nodding at Klaus Yes, I'd like that very much.

Mia smiled brightly at that and kissed Caleb on the lips gently.

Tatia kissed him back the same way, wrapping her arms around his neck.

Caleb: gently kissed her back

"Would you like anything to eat or drink?" Mia asked him quietly, keeping the kiss brief and pressing her forehead to his quietly.

Klaus knotted his fingers in her hair and pulled her against him.

"Should we head home now?" Astrid asked Kol quietly.

Kol nodded.

"I think we should head home too," Vanessa said quietly to Leon, "I've got some explaining and apologizing to do to you."

Tatia grinned against his mouth, holding him tightly as she pressed herself as close as she could get.

Caleb: No I'm alright, maybe we should uh step out and let them be alone for a bit he whispered gesturing with his head towards her parents

"Come on Adrian, come on Adam, in the car you go." Astrid told her sons before asking Kol gently, "You feeling a little bit better now, pretty boy?"

Leon just gave a small nod in response, "You don't have to apologise for anything though, Vanessa," he assured quietly. 

"You mind if I go spend the night with Trin?" Malvolio asked his father quietly, adding, "I'll come home tomorrow afternoon-ish."

Klaus deepened the kiss even further.

Mia nodded, taking Caleb's hand and bringing him upstairs to her room quietly.
