Ellie frowned at that, "daddy has to wait months for his present to be ready, mummy should have been better prepared."

"Go ahead. We always keep it set up just in case you two want to use it." Tatia nodded.

"Why?" Hope whined. "I'm impatient…"

Klaus laughed a bit at that, "It's a bit more complicated than that, sweetheart, you'll understand when you're older."

Henrik just smiled brightly at that and nodded, going to leave the room before walking back and hugging his mother, whispering, "Love you,"

Zacarias laughed a little bit at that and pressed his lips to hers in a deep kiss then.

"Don't bottle things up, okay Saff? It's not a smart thing to do. It isn't a weak thing, to talk about how your feeling like people seem to think it is... I won't be mad, or disappointed, tell me how your feeling, okay?"

"I'm feeling fine though, honest. I used to be really hurt that no one wanted to even meet me but I'm not that way anymore. Mommy taught me that it's okay if they don't want to, it's their loss and not mine, she was right, wasn't she?"

Hope kissed him back just as deep, getting up and pulling him into the adjoining room, closing the door behind them as she moved her hands into his hair.

"Oh." Tatia smiled in shock, hugging him back tightly. "I love you too Henrik."

"No excuses - that's what my teacher says when my homework is late, well her gift is late so no excuses!"

Klaus just laughed a little bit at that, "Have you told her this?"

Zacarias laughed a bit, deepening the kiss even further and a few moments later going to kiss down her neck.

Henrik just grinned before moving away and heading out of the room once again, frowning when Hope wasn't in there and just glancing around in silence. Though once he heard them he rolled his eyes and simply knocked on the door.

"Of course she is," Malvolio whispered, "But that doesn't mean it still doesn't hurt your feelings sometimes, though,"

She shrugged her shoulders a little. "Sometimes but not as much as it used to when I was little. I understand it all better then I did then."

"Just a minute." Hope called breathily as she tilted her head to allow Zac more room.

"Yeah, she said she had a good excuse, she wouldn't tell me what."

"Well, it's nice that you do because I still wander."

Klaus laughed a bit, "Well, you just have to trust her then Ellie."

"It's our birthday and your choosing your boyfriend over me, come on Hope," Henrik groaned, "I want to go for a mini trip down memory lane and go down to the music room.."

Zacarias grinned, continuing to pepper kisses along her neck before his muscles suddenly tensed and his grip on her tightened drastically. His eyes darkening briefly before turning to normal, though, a few seconds later, his face vamped out entirely and his fangs went into her neck, beginning to drain her.

"I said just a minu-" Hope called before gasping when Zacarias bit her. "Zac, baby no, let go, please, you're strong enough to not do this." She said gently, trying to pull away from him.

"She won't even tell me what it is, I bet it's something stupid."

"Daddy? Can we do something special this year for my birthday?"

Zacarias simply tightened his grip around her when she tried to pull away, remaining as he was.


"Fine, fine I'll meet you down the-  Are you okay?"

Klaus laughed a bit, "We'll see," he replied before whispering, "Why don't you go and see grandma for a bit, hm?"

"Of course, got any suggestions?"

((Till she's like their version of dead, like when they have their neck snapped?))

"Zac no!" Hope said then, using her hand in his hair to try and yank his head away.

"Auntie Mia said she was gonna be here." Ellie sighed before nodding and going to go find Tatia.

"I'm sure she will be soon, Ellie," Klaus called after her with a small frown.

Zacarias moved one of his hands to grab onto the one that was trying to yank his head away, tightening his grip on it with enough force the break to bone to stop her. Speeding up the more she struggled.

Hope screamed then, going limp in his arms a few seconds later before her breathing stopped and her heart stopped.

Vanessa looked toward the room at the scream. "That didn't sound good, at all."

Henrik jumped at his sisters scream, opening the door and narrowing his eyes at what he saw. Grabbing Zacarias roughly by the hair and pulling him away from Hope, throwing him in the direction of the door before sitting beside his sister and pulling her into his arms protectively.

Klaus, whom had appeared in the doorway also at Hope's scream grabbed Zacarias when Henrik threw him in his direction. Breaking his neck without hesitation.

Saffron nodded a little. "Yes. Some kids at school were talking about summer trips they've been on and one kid said his family goes on cruises...I think it sounds like fun."

Hope lay lifelessly in her brothers arms, out for the count.

Tatia quietly ushered the children at the party upstairs at the noise before going to stand by Klaus' side. "What happened?"

Vanessa stood and frowned deeply beside her parents.

Klaus just roughly nudged Zacarias in the side instead of answering Tatia vocally.

Henrik just held her close, seeming pretty shaken despite the fact he knew she would be okay. The time she had gotten killed before he obviously still wasn't entirely over. Mumbling quietly to his parents after a moment, "We should kill him. Can't trust him now, none of us can. He needs to go."

"Mm," Malvolio hummed, "We'll look into it."

Saffron smiled happily her whole mood changing at him just saying he'd look into it. "Okay daddy. Can we go to the lake later if you don't come home to late from Aunt Violet's?"

"We knew he'd snap." Tatia sighed deeply, crouching down next to them. "We knew it."

"She's fine Rik." Dakota whispered as she crouched beside Henrik. "She'll be fine."

"Of course," He replied with a bright smile before whispering, "I have to go now though,"

Henrik just shook his head, turning his head to bury his face in Dakota's hair when she was next to him.

"Of course he was going to," Klaus agreed quietly. "It's up to Hope what happens now though, I suppose,"

Caleb was unpacking a box at the new house. "M if you don't get moving soon you're going to be late for that little ones party!" he called out after a few minutes.

Saffron nodded. "Okay daddy."

Tatia nodded, "We can't kill him unless she asks." She his permed before picking Hope up out of Henriks arms and taking her to lay on the sofa.

Dakota held him as tight as she dared, rubbing his back soothingly.

"We came at a bad time?" Kol frowned as he walked in and stood at the doorway.

"Technically it's Hope and Henrik's party, Ellie just wants me there. Besides, I'm already late. Will you drive me so I can drink?" Mia asked.

Malvolio ruffled her hair before getting to his feet and leaving the room, and then the house, going to where he was meeting Violet.

"He needs to be dead." Henrik hissed, wrapping his arms around Dakota when his mother took Hope from him. "She won't agree because she's in love with him, but he needs to be."

"Your just worked up Henrik, calm down," Klaus replied with a frown, though nodded in response to Kol, "A bit. Have you seen Mia on her way here? She's late."

"He was driving, so he probably wouldn't of been paying attention. I didn't see her though." Astrid shrugged, leaning into Kol's side.

"Oh" he laughed shaking his head. "Your families to big, that's why I can't remember who's birthday is when. Yeah though I'll drive you there, call me when you want me to pick you back up or you want me to stay with you?"
