"Why don't you come to my place tonight, I have the house to myself, and I can cook you something 'romantic' as mortals say."

"What would you like to do?"

"Whatever you want to."

"I have you and a kitten I am happy no matter what we do now."

"Very helpful love."

Laura smiled sweetly. "Sorry Cal."

"It's alright."

"We still need to celebrate."

"I thought the kitten was the celebration."

"Is there a particular reason why, other than you're going to be in a vampire's house and that probably isn't wise.?"

"No he is just part of it."

"Ah right, no idea what else to do though."

Laura slipped her arms around his neck stepping up against him. "I am sure we can think of something."

He slid his arms around her waist. "I'm sure we can."

"Oh, okay."

She smiled up at him.

He smiled back.

Laura kissed his cheek lightly.

He kissed her back.

She smiled gently sitting down on the bed.

He smiled slightly, watching her.

She patted the spot next to her.

He walked over to join her.

She smiled wrapping her arms around him.
