You keep making excuses to not thank me or apologise - because you just don't want to. I wish I'd never helped. If you need anything you know you can come to me but otherwise Im done with you Mia, it nearly tore me apart emotionally, how you were acting, made me feel like I wasn't good enough. I shouldn't have to deal with that right now." Tatia said simply before heading out of the house and back to the car.

"I guess we'll be longer than a minute?" Adrian laughed.

"I have apologised. I did mean it. If your too paranoid to believe me then that's your problem. You're done with me? Thanks a lot - some mother you are, and you'll never hold her now, ever, since you regret it so much!" Mia called back shakily, face vamping out.

"Mia, just apologise again. She'll believe you eventually." Klaus frowned.

"I regret it because it's torn us apart Mia! Don't bullshit that you meant it because you didn't. Not even when she was handed to you! You still didn't want to thank me, you left it to Caleb! If you meant it I'd believe you!" Tatia hissed back. "But you were never going to let me see her anyway, too scared I'd steal her!"

Adrian shook his head and unzipped her.

"Get lost." Mia hissed, "Both of you. I'm not pleading to be believed. I asked if you wanted to hold her when I apologised. It's not my fault you said no, it's not my fault you don't believe me." she mumbled before pushing her father out of the house and closing the door.

"Mia…" Klaus sighed.

Tamara grinned, kissing him as they faded to black.

"Because she already had, and I can see her point being mad at you just then when you said you regretted doing it, Tat. This is dragging on for much to long and you're expecting her to repeat herself when she has apologised, think we just need to have faith in her that she meant it for once or we'll lose her and we've never lost any of them. I don't intend on her to be the first we lose."

"If she really meant it she would have repeated it, just once to prove she did care." Tatia hissed, quickly shifting her foot onto the brake to stop the car. "And we lost Ness." She added before getting out and heading back towards Mia's, knocking on the door and walking in when she got there.

Afterwards, when Tamara had put her clothes back on, she pressed her lips to Adrian's and mused, "Dinner is probably cold now."

Adrian shrugged. "It was worth it."

"Being horrible unintentionally, I was just terrified of being crap, terrified of me and my baby not bonding because I never got to carry her, terrified - initially - in case you done what you just have and said you regretted it! How can you regret giving me my baby! How can you regret my baby! Your granddaughter!" Mia hissed, voice shaking. "How can you not believe me when I apologise?! It's not like I've never been awful to you, ever! I was over protective of my baby, which is normal especially since I never carried her and I was scared, which is also normal! I've never been awful to you! You all forgot about me for five years, how dare you not believe my apology for being a bit protective of my baby when you forgot about me for years!"

She smiled before whispering, "I'm going to go eat, see you down there."
