"Sshh, sshh, sshh," Astrid soothed softly, pressing her lips to his cheek gently.

"Mm, if it'll make you feel better, Rian." Tamara whispered quietly.

"Astrid stop."

"It will do, not forcing you to work ridiculous hours to keep us floating."

"I don't work ridiculous hours, not really." Tamara replied with a quiet laugh.

Astrid just pressed her lips to his gently.

"It's ridiculous when you have to study too."

Kol pulled away.

Astrid let out a small sigh, mumbling a quiet, "I love you, Kol."

Tamara just shrugged a bit, before asking quietly, "a Want to go to your sister tester aunt now then? Or head home?"

"Really? Wouldn't have guessed considering you fucked off."

"S'up to you."

E"I needed a break," She replied quietly, "I didn't stop loving you.   You dump me enough, Kol, and I never even dumped you this time."

"Well I'm dumping you now."

"Because that's new," Astrid muttered with a roll of her eyes, "I'm done with you. Done with you pushing away and then pulling me back just to push me away from you, sick of you trying to guilt trip me about going on holiday, sick of feeling unappreciated by you. Not letting you dump me again , it's me dumping you now." she sighed, getting to her feet and heading out of the house.

"Fuck off then." Kol mumbled.

"Should we just go get it out of the way?"

"And getting drunk off of your face  constantly isn't you not needing me, Kol but whatever, I'll be with Adrian when you finally realise you need me!" Astrid hissed before slamming the front door closed.

"Okay," She whispered, kissing him gently before sitting back in her car seat and driving to Vanessa's restaurant.

((May keep poofing, a dog's gotten hold of the kitten and ragged him about, he's quite shaken up and he's got dried blood on him but we don't know where it's coming from and we think he's broken his tail))

Adrian relaxed into his seat a little.

(( Awh no  Hope he's okay!))

(( Maybe we should kill Astrid off? Not permanently, obviously, but yeah ))

Astrid walked towards Adrian's home in silence then.

Tamara pulled over when they got there.

((He's walking, eating and drinking so the vets said he's not a priority but he'll see him tomorrow, he's just really shaky bless him))

Adrian got out and headed inside.

(( Yeah I can imagine, a dog went after one of my cats once and she went missing for about a month, we thought we'd lost her. ))

Tamara got out of the car and followed him inside.

(( I've been wanting to for a while, for drama and I think now is an appropriate time to haha xD  how though is the question ))

"LJ is your mum about?" Adrian asked as he spotted LJ and Karina at a table.

"She's with Nate, helping him cook cause it's busy today." L.J replied with a shrug.

"Could you go get her for me?"

L.J nodded before getting to his feet, walking into the kitchen section of the restaurant.

Vanessa was in the back, angrily hissing a a new waiter that had dropped a full tray of food.

"Mama? Adrian wants to talk to you." L.J told her quietly.

Vanessa sighed deeply through her nose, waving away the waiter. "I'll be out in a minute sweetheart. Have you and Kari decided your order?"

L.J shook his head in the negative, "There are too many nice things on the menu, can't decide."

"Okay, just lemme know when you've picked something?"
