"Kol, wake up," Klaus frowned as he walked over and shook his awake. "We need to talk."

Holly just nodded then.

---

"What now?" Kol sighed.

---

"Adam what?! I'm here on my break so you better make it quick!" Adrian shouted as he entered his brothers home.

Adam walked to his brother, whispering, "It's uh... bad news..... real bad news."

"Sit up so I can sit down too." He told him, beginning, "Astrid went to Adam and Olivia's..."

Jeremy was silent then.

"Yeah, your house is a state. Has something happened to Olivia?"

---

Kol sighed and sat up.

---

Holly was too, ducking her head when she felt someone else stare.

"I don't know exactly what happened, to be honest, I didn't ask but I think Tatia knows but Olivia killed Astrid, Kol," Klaus told him quietly.

"She passed out, she'll be fine though.. That isn't it." Adam whispered, "Mum came over... trying to be helpful I think and Ollie got stressed out by it, I told mum to leave when I saw it coming but she wouldn't listen. The wooden board on the window just kind of exploded and the pieces from it went... mum died, Rian..."

"Ignore them," Jeremy told her after having a sip of his soup.

"Easy enough to say when they're not staring at you."

Kols face went drip white then, and he leaned forward to clasp his hands round the back of his neck.

---

"No, no, she can't be dead I was just sorting things out with her, no!" Adrian hissed.

"She is...." Adam whispered, lowering his gaze to the ground, "Grandma said she can bring her back though, m'not surprised mum left like she did though - 'pparantly even dad said she was a horrible mother and annoying.. she must of felt like crap, us all saying we didn't need her and telling her to leave us alone."

Klaus resting his hand on his back, "We'll bring her back,"

Jeremy shruggegd, "Maybe they are, we are sat at the same table after all,"

"If they're staring at you it's because you look good, not horrific."

"I was making an effort with her and your fucking girlfriend ruined it!"

"How?!" Kol asked, throat dry.

"It wasn't Ollie's fault, don't blame Ollie." Adam mumbled with a shake of his head, "She hasn't been in control of her outbursts, she didn't physically do anything. The wooden board just kind of exploded, that was all. It wasn't Ollie's fault, don't blame her."

"I think it was Olivia, a wooden board of the window exploded because of her magic and it impaled her." Klaus whispered with a frown.

"How do you know they aren't looking at you for the same reason? I don't think you look as awful as you think you do."

"My face is three fucking claw scars. That's all it is. When people describe me they don't say the one with the curly hair or the brown eyes or the olive skin, they say 'the one with the scars'."

"Bet she did it in purpose. Bitch."

---

"It's her fault! She killed mum! She means jack shit to you and you're still defending her! You're not even married, you obviously don't love her that much! You should hurt her for hurting mum!"

"Ollie means the world to me, Adrian. Marriage doesn't prove whether you love the person you are with or not, and when have I had the time to propose with Ollie's magic going anywhere? She didn't mean to do anything, it wasn't her fault, she wasn't in control. I did not invite you here for you to criticise Ollie, so leave if that's all you are going to do now."

Klaus just shrugged a little bit in response to that, "When is the last time you spoke to Astrid?"

"That isn't essentially a bad thing though," Jeremy replied with a small shrug.

"How is it not bad? I have no friends, nobody wants to look at my face. I've never had a boyfriend, all my dates ditch me or use me then leave."

"You did this, this is your fault bringing that bitch here!" Adrian hissed before leaving.

---

"Earlier... Oh god I told her to leave."

"Yeah, blame me!" He hissed after him before sighing deeply and beginning to clean the house up.

Klaus frowned deeply in response to that, whispering, "We'll bring her back, Tatia is talking to the witches right now to organise something."

"You don't want fake friends at the end of it all anyway," Jeremy replied with a small shrug. "And you must of met some jerks that can't see how beautiful you are."

"There's no beauty to see. I'm the girl with the scars."

Olivia murmured awake a few hours later.

---

"Oh god, she must hate me."

"Astrid would never hate you," Klaus denied with a shake of his head, "Could you ever imagine Astrid hating you? She loved you far too much to ever hate you."

"They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I see your beauty." 

---

Adam wrapped his arms around her gently as she stirred, "Hey Ollie, sweetheart."

"What's beautiful about these?" Holly asked as she traced the scars.

"Adam?" Olivia whispered, confusedly.

Adrian walked back into the restaurant and sat beside Tamara, bursting into tears and resting his head against her neck.

"I told her to leave. I didn't need her. She must hate me."

"Woah, handsome, sshhh." Tamara whispered with a deep frown, sliding her arms around him and kissing the top of his head, "What is it, Adrian, what happened?"

Adam nodded, "Mhm, I'm here." he confirmed gently, kissing her cheek gently. "You're okay, I've got you."

"They show that you have been through things and made it out okay, and it isn't those that are beautiful. It is you. Try to stop focusing on your scars and actually look at yourself."

"And did you need her?" He asked, before assuring him, "I'm sure she doesn't hate you."

"I am my scars. I look at me by looking at them."

"My mum, Olivia - she she, she killed her." Adrian sobbed.

---

"I guess I learned to deal without her... But she will hate me."

---

"what happened? I - ow." Olivia whispered as she sat up and lay back down again due to her head throbbing. "Where's Zosia?"

"My grandparents are looking after her for a few hours so you can rest," Adam explained gently, leaning down to kiss her on the lips gently.

"She won't hate you."

"Well learn to look at yourself without looking at them, how will you convince the rest of the world to refer to you as a normal person if you are not looking at yourself like one?"

Tamara frowned deeply, whispering, "I'm so, so sorry Adrian,"  Silently she rubbed his back, kissing the side of his head as she held him close silently.

"I'm not normal. I'd rather be invisible."

"He - he defended her. Adam defended her for doing it!"

Kol just shook his head and sighed deeply.

"what happened Adam?"

"The wooden block on the window exploded, mum died, you fainted..." Adam replied with a small shrug, "You should rest, Ollie, you need rest."

"Everyone is normal, or as normal as they can be." Jeremy replied with a small shrug, "Stop putting yourself down."

Klaus let out a deep sigh and just pulled his brother into a gentle hug.

---

"How could he do that?" Tamara asked with a deep frown, pulling back from the hug a little bit so she could wipe his tears away.

"Since when did you turn into my mother?"

Kol leaned into him.

---

"He's sick." Adrian shook his head.

---

"I did what?! I killed - oh my god."

"You didn't do anything," Adam whispered gently, "It wasn't your fault, I don't blame you, sweetheart, don't worry. It wasn't your fault." she soothed.

"I'm just telling you the truth, that's all." 

---

"We'll bring her back, Kol," Klaus assured him gently, "It'll be okay. Her body is at mine and Tatia's, if you want to know."

Tamara just gave a small nod of agreement in response before wrapping her arms around him in a gentle hug once again. "Would you like to go home now?"

"Mr philosophical."

Kol just nodded.

---

"I killed your mum, oh my god I - your mum!"

---

"I have to work - I - we need the money."

Jeremy laughed a bit in response to that.

---

"Your mum just died," Tamara whispered, "You can go back to working when you are feeling okay, or a little better, okay? But not today, Rian, not today.. Come on, lets get you home."

"It wasn't your fault, Ollie, you didn't kill anyone..."

---

Klaus was silent then.
