Rose snuggled into Narcissa.

"No I just don't like daddy going with the meany people."

"I know you don't Cissy but it's what daddy does to keep us all safe."


Ron sighed watching Rose.

"I'm sorry darling, but I'll be okay." Draco kissed her forehead.

Rose looked at her dad, holding her hands out to him.

Hermione looked to Draco. "You'll be extra careful and come by in the morning?"


Ron picked her up hugging her.

"I will." Draco promised.

Rose hugged him.

"Good."

He just held her.

"She will wake up, won't she?"

He kissed her forehead, before he disappeared.

"I hope so."


She watched him disappear.

"Why is daddy not sure?" She asked.

Narcissa looked over at her mum, before she walked to her brother's crib and looked at him, though she was stood on her tiptoes and couldn't see much but the tuff of hair on his head.

"Because daddy hopes very much that she is but she's very ill."

Hermione smiles watching them.

"Mummy, where do babies come from?"

Rose looked over at Aria. "Get better soon mummy."

"From a mommys tummy."


Ron lowered his gaze to the floor.

Rose looked at her dad. "Daddy, can we go home now?"

"How d they get there?"

"That's something you'll understand when you're older."


"Yeah."

She frowned, but shrugged it off after a few minutes.

Narcissa looked at Rose and Ron. "I'll call you if there is any change."

Ron gave a nod before leaving with Rose.


Hermione smiled gently.

Narcissa watched her brother.

Rose snuggled into her dad.

He carried her home.


"You like him huh?"

She nodded. "Yes mummy."

Rose eventually fell asleep against him.

She smiled watching her.


He put her to bed once they got home and checked on Darius.

Darius was playing with Harry and Fred and James in the living room.

He walked in and sat on an arm chair watching them.

"Hey, how's Aria?" Harry asked him.

He let out a deep sigh shaking his head. "Not good..."

"Do they know what's wrong?"
