Imogen was silent then, just sighing softly and kissing his cheek gently, "So, those have been my struggles over the past week... what have been yours?" she asked quietly.

"No! No! I don't want to hear it... I don't want to be around it. I'm sick of it! Get your life sorted out, mom, make dad get his sorted out! I'm living here." He muttered.

"Mm, I know that." Astrid whispered.

Cole just remained silent then, tired of arguing so not even acknowledging her with a response.

"We can't only invite the ones whom approve, we'll have to tell Adam and Adrian… can't have any kind of celebration with others involved until they know."

Cole ignored her then, just heading into the other room.

"She's stupid if she thinks I don't love her." Adam replied, shaking his head a little bit in the negative and mumbling, "No, I don't approve of it so why should I pretend? She always told me that lying was bad, so this is a consequence of that."

"Ah, I suppose. We're getting a puppy so why not celebrate." Tamara replied with a gentle laugh, "Puppies are like fluffy babies."

"I think we should get a Saint Bernard. They're large, which is something you want. We'd turn heads with one, because they're gorgeous... Dalmatians are cute too though, what'd you think?" Tamara asked quietly, frowning deeply when she spotted him tense, "Don't worry, Rian. We'd be fine looking after a dog, who can't look after a dog, hm?" she assured, having misread what he tensed at.

"I am fine without them. You know I want one, you know I do - I've never denied that but I'm fine without one. I love you more than I want a kid." Tamara whispered quietly.
