Lucas was in his home, relaxing after a long day with a beer in front of the tv.

Violet was in a coffee shop, research papers she was grading spread in front of her.

In the house, Kira was curled up in the dark under a blanket by the fire, eyes dropping closed.

"Hey you," Mia greeted, having wandered into the room and sat herself beside him. "You okay? I dropped Jasoer off with mum and Mica, thought I'd come see you."

"Viol!" Malvolio called with a grin front the table he was sat at.

Scott was soon crouched next to her, sliding his arms around her and whispering, "Hey Kira."

"Anyway, you want to sleep with me?"

"What for? Money?" Lucas mumbled. "Probably your own problems mm?"

"What are you doing here? I came here to be alone." Kira mumbled, shrugging him off. "As alone as I can be anyway."

Malvolio moved over to sit himself down opposite her, "You okay?"

Mia shook her head in the negative. "I've just come to see you, see how you are."

"Ciaran and Siobhán don't want me in their lives anymore. Said I've messed them up too much and nothing I do will fix it. Me and you aren't together so I'm feeling pretty pathetic and self pitying at the moment and Id like to be left alone."

"Yeah... Are you? You're cheery."

"I'm fine." Lucas shrugged.

"I'm not letting you be alone," He whispered with a sigh, "How's the baby?"

"One. You." Ciaran soothed, "I'll prove it to you."

Scott shook his head, "No, we're going to try and make it so we can try again."
