He kissed her forehead.

She kissed him back gently.

He kissed her softly.

She kept the kiss.

He kept the kiss for as long as she did.

She pulled back after a few moments.

He pulled back when she did.

She smiled at him.

He smiled softly.

She smiled back.

He kept his smile.

Michelle leaned against him watching the kids play.

He held her close as Angel went to play with Alexander.

"When will mummy and daddy be home?" Angel asked.

"Soon young one." Eric told her.

"So you two really are like brothers then?," She asked quietly looking up at Christian.

Christian nodded. "Yeah, I met Eric during the cruscades in England, centuries ago and from there on we've been pretty much inseperable."

"That's what happens on the battlefield, you form bonds of friendship that can never be broken." Eric told her.

Michelle smiled at that. "The battlefield part is sad but friendship is nice. It's nice to have someone like that."

Christian smiled. "It is."

She smiled leaning against him happily. "So Eric what was Christian like when he was younger?"

"Younger?" He laughed. "Well, pretty much the same as he is now really."

She laughed softly. "So he's always been this way?"

"Pretty much." Eric shrugged. "Though, you were more bloodthirsty back then, much like your father, but now I think you're more like your mother." Eric told Christian.

She smiled kissing his cheek.

He smiled back.

"How about some stories of you two? I'm sure there's tons to tell."

"There is." Eric laughed.
