"Did any of it go into you?" He grimaced.

"You too." Orvar whispered, heading out.

Grace just sighed softly.

"I don't think so."

"Ok, good." He whispered, kissing her cheek before reaching to pick up the needle that had fallen.

Lyra watched him.

Ciaran quietly disposed of it how they had been disposing of all the others. Putting the toothaste box in a plastic bag with the others once he was done.

"Right... hopefully we got them all."

"Yeah, that must be all of them."

"Hopefully."

Ciaran nodded, getting to his feet and picking up the plastic bag.

Lyra watched.

"You sure you're ok?"

"I... I don't know what to say." Lyra sighed deeply. "You don't want me to say anything bad so..."

((I didn't soak the bacon before using it and its just a salty mess ugh))

"I mean are you sure you didn't get any of it... in you..."

(( Oh no.. too much salt is icky ))

"Well I dont feel high."

"You'd know what it felt like?"

"Fine. I don't feel any different to how I usually do. there, worded better?"

"Ok, grumpy,"

"I got stuck by our teenage sons heroin needle. Forgive me for not being chipper."

Ciaran just laughed quietly.

"I'm glad you think it's funny..."

"You're just funny when you're grumpy, I can't help that."

"You'd be grumpy too."

Ciaran laughed, getting to his feet and heading out of the room.

Lyra sighed as she watched him go.

Ciaran wandered down the stairs to put the stuff in the bin.
