Harrison snorted softly at that, "They were just trying to scare you, I'm sure." he mumbled, though skid his arms around her waist to hold her.

"They were just trying to scare you, no one knows what is going to happen in the future." Harrison whispered, rubbing her arm gently.

Peyton swallowed thickly, glancing up at Koby.

"It's not, don't fret." He soothed, "It's all intimidation tactics, they think if they scare you they can manipulate you into doing whatever they want."

Peyton kept her gaze on Koby's face, trying to work out what he was thinking.

She pulled up her shirt sleeve, there was a slowly healing cut from where she had her blood took. "I don't know what they wanted it for, but what they used to draw blood was made of silver."

Koby was deep in thought.

Peyton glanced over at Harrison and Faun; "You two need us to cook dinner for you or anything before we go?"

"No we'll be alright, I learnt from the best." Faun smiled at her father, before she kissed Harrison's lips.

"Harrison, why don't we meet tomorrow in neutral territory with your beta wolves and yourself, and I'll bring mine and we can discuss our plan for the packs?" He asked.
