"We could go to where your parents are. We don't need the pack, they have no loyalty to any of us. This has proven it. Please, don't force me to stay here. Please let us leave."

"This is my home Harrison... I don't want to leave, please just give the pack some more time."

"Your my home. I should be yours too." Harrison growled. "But fine, whatever you want alpha. Just know I would never, ever force you to stay in a situation where you fear for your life. I'll sit in the den, like a good little house husband, until you find time your busy schedule for me. I don't want any damn alpha shit anymore, they were my family; they have made it clear to me they arent anymore. I'll just stick with my daughter."

"I'm not making you do anything, I can't leave the pack, I made a promise, you didn't." She told him. "Running away is not an option for me, it never has been." She sighed. "But you still don't get it."

"Mhm. I don't get it because your the only 'raised to be an alpha' one out of the two of us." He snorted sarcastically. "Fuck this Faun, fuck them. I'm done, I'm here for Abi and that is it. I give up with the pack."

"No you don't get it." She told him. "You left me," She told him. "This isn't about being an alpha, this isn't about the pack." She told him. "You left me for a year without any idea of what you were doing, with no contact, you left me not knowing if you were alive or dead, you left me to manage on my own, you left me to go through pregnancy and birth on my own, and just so you know Abigail and I nearly died during that. You left me when I needed you! And now youre upset because I'm not dropping the pack that you left because they're upset with you. " She told him."You're not listening to anything I'm telling you, your upset because I'm not willing to leave what I have built for our daughter for you, when you were ready to leave it so easily without much thought to me." She just kept watching the water as she spoke."So if you want to leave then leave then I'm not going to stop you, but the pack is my home it's Abigail home, so she won't be leaving with you. "

"I just said I was only going to stay with her, are you deaf?" Harrison growled. "Next time I won't put myself through hell to save eveyones arse. Lesson learned, lesson more than learnt." He got to his feet then, walking away.

She sighed, before she got up and headed back to the pack, doing what she normally did and throwing herself into helping the pack, before she was found by Layla who had Abigail with her.

Harrison wrinkled his nose wheb he got back to the den and Abigail wasnt there. Turning around and walking away, heading into the town centre and getting himself a coffee.

Harrison was sat in the back of the coffee shop alone, quietly picking the marshmellows off of the top of his hot chocolate with cream.

A young woman walked in around Harrisons age, she was red haired and thin, she was dressed in average jeans and a t-shirt and she ordered herself a hot chocolate from the counter.

Harrison lifted his gaze, watching her, or the area just behind her.

The woman got her drink and she looked around for anywhere to sit, the only seat being the one opposite Harrison.

Harrison sighed softly, reaching over to grab his jacket and move it away from the spare seat to give her room.

She smiled softly and sat opposite him, pulling out a book. "Hi."

Meanwhile Faun was in the forest with the pack, watching them all spend time relaxing and enjoying the sun. Abigail was toddling around her legs as Rebekah stood beside her, her wounds had no turned to scars and she looked stronger.

"Hey... Seems our drink order matches."

Noah was sat on a rock a little bit away from them, watching Rebekah like a hawk.

She nodded. "Yeah, I usually have the chocolate dusting on top but they aren't doing that today." She told him.

Rebekah looked back at him. And gave him a soft smile to show she was okay and she watched Abigail toddle off to explore the pack.

"Mm, I only get all the trimmings for the marshmellows. I could pass on the rest of it."

Noah sighed softly, walking over to Abigail and crouching down in front of her. "Can I come explore with you?"

Abigail giggled and she nodded holding a hand up to him, she knew she needed to hold someone's hand.

Rebekah watched them and she left Fauns side to walk with them. "Mind if I join in?"

She nodded. "My name is Felicity by the way."

"Ah, I don't know, you'll have to ask the boss here., Noah hummed in response to Rebekah as he took Abigail's hand.
