"Later? We may aswell have the conversation now."

"Alright," SHe sat down with him. "Remember when I told you about what would happen for us to be together, with what I am and what I have to do?" She asked him.

Hunter kissed her forehead and he headed downstairs to wait for her.

"Mm," Geo hummed softly in confirmation of that. "No funny business until you can control yourself, I know, I know."

Freya soon wandered down the stairs to join Koby. "Ready!"

"Not much to talk about." Dmitri whispered. "I just - its strange that the hunters were able to sneak up on the pack, no? And I felt magic around too. They were working with a witch."

"Alex?" She asked. "She's the only other witch in this area, besides your mum."

"Well, that's why we need to talk." She told him. "I've been working with my aunt to control my....abilities....but we won't if I can control it until I actually try, but I don't want to have you feel that I'm using you as a guinea pig."

Koby smiled softly. "Come on then little wolf."

"Yeah, but she and Elijah are close - why would she do anything to put him in danger? I wouldnt put it pass her I guess, just, sucks for him."

"Have fun," Lorelai hummed.

Freya smiled brightly and wandered outside ahead of them.

She shrugged. "Don't know....Pressure?"

Koby kissed Lorelai's cheek as they left.

"No, her family are just awful - they always have been?" Dmitri mumbled. "I need to find her, and her father - reiterate the fact they aren't even meant go be here."

"So, what do we do?" Freya asked excitedly.

"Maybe she's changed." She suggested. "Dmitiri, not everyone remains the same after centuries of family fall out."

"Well, first we patrol, keep your eyes open, watch your step and stay close."

"Oh, I imagine you have been speaking to either her or Elijah then? It isn't as simple as that." Dmitri answered sharply.

SHe nodded. "But do I trust myself." She whispered.

"It's hard not to speak to them but she seems nice." She told him. "But you won't talk about it so Im clutching at straws here."

"To even bring it up, you must do." Geo hummed, resting his hand on her waist and kissing her gently. "It'll be okay, whats the worse that can happen really?"

"Because things are more odd than us out there that could hurt us and the pack."

"It clearly isn't though, is it, because as you just said she seems nice, a centuries old family feud doesn't mean anything. That is the least supportive thing, that is not you being on my side. I - I need to go home." Dmitri mumbled, getting to his feet.

"Why are you so wound up?" She asked. "She does seem nice a a thousand years can change people."

"I am wound up because you are pretending to know the details when you don't - you heard it was a long time feud from her because I haven't told you that. It isn't, it isn't to me. You are meant to be on my side. If I meant anything to you then you would be respecting that I am not ready to tell you the details yet, you wouldn't be belittling my feelings like you are. If she is so nice and so great, then go and spend time with her instead."

"WHat the hell Dmitri, I've not said or done anything like that." She told him. "I've stopped asking, and yes she told me it was a long time feud that was it." SHe told him. "You know what fine, if you want to go home then go, if all you're going to do is blow off at me because of what you think I'm doing then fine, I'm going home."

"I have to go home, I don't have a choice - I have things I need to do, training. You have defended her, you can't deny that and by doing that you have completely thrown my feelings to the side."

Koby rolled his eyes. "Just like your mother."

" 'It is an old family feud, people change and she seems nice', that is disregarding my feelings - that is not being on my side but if you fail to see that then there we go, it is nice to know how our relationship is going to work. Now, I have to go, see you whenever." Dmitri muttered, walking away.

"In an ideal world, we wouldn't be looking for traps or things unusual in the forest."
