The Secrets of Llawnech

"Mhm, long lost baby brother - future king of Russia." Rose hummed in confirmation.

"Ah....Should I bow to him?"

Rose shrugged, "Probably, I wouldnt get too hung up on anything like that though."

"Nah, that;s not my style."

Rose just nodded, kissing him gently before whispering, "Are you joining us all for breakfast?"

"I will if that's what you would like."

"The choice is yours," Rose hummed before heading back into the hall.

He smiled slightly and he followed her, taking a seat at the table.

It was a day off for Hayden and Marcus and Marcus was getti g ready for a race, his horse walking in the paddock in front of him.

Alicia and the baby Prince were sat in their usual box, she had made up with her sister and had invited her and Rose to sit with her and Leo as they watched the race.

Hayden was sat in the royalty box and he was almost jealous to not be racing, he had been helping Jackson to get ready as he had ddcided to take part.

"You know, if you ever wanted to give it ago again... I wouldn't mind," Gwen whispered as she leant against Hayden, brushing her fingers against his knuckles in small circles. "I- I know you always feel like I underestimate you, so, I am going to stop being so scared. You want to ever try again, I support you, okay?"

"I can't believe Jackson has decided to race too, I never thought racing was a specific hobby for him. An interest yeah but.. I don't know." Rose hummed to her aunt.

Leo sat beside Alicia, his attention fixed on his son rather than the horses. Pulling funny faces at him.

Hayden smiled slightly. "I have been out of racing for too long, and Jacks is too old." He told her. "Maybe one day." He told her kissing her nuckles.

Alicia smiled softly at her son as she heard his giggles, but he was entranced in her conversation with her niece. "I agree, but maybe this will solidify an interest or a hobby." She suggested. "Now tell me about your beau."

"My beau? No, Marcus and I aren't.... anything really.." Rose shrugged, "Just a bit of something to do."

Alicia raised an eyebrow at her niece.

"Don't look at me like that, he is built like a god and he kisses well. There doesn't have to be anything more to it than that." Rose snorted, before looking across the track.

"You can always train another horse, ease back in to it slowly." Gwen hummed softly.

(( Finished work now - will just drive home and then can post properly ))

"Yeah I might do that."

Marcus was just brushing down his horse as some. Of the other daughters of the Lords tried to get his attention.

Gwen nodded, kissing his cheek gently. "Now, let's see Jackson win this."

Rose wrinkled her nose as she watched the girls.

Alicia looked to her, and she smiled at seeing the look on her face before she looked to Leo. "Leo darling, they are waiting for you to give the word to start."

Hayden kissed her lips gently.

"Mm, well, the little one can come with me to let them know." Leo hummed, "Because he and I are in the middle of importance business."

"Your so soft how did you ever survive in battle?" Rose mused to Leo.

Gwen smiled.

Alicia smiled softly and she handed him the baby. "I'm sure it is very important business."

Hayden smiled softly.

Leo took his son in his arm before heading down and giving the go ahead for the race

The baby was happy just being in his father's arms looking around.

Alicia watched them as the race started.

Leo remained where he was, staying closer to the action so the baby could get the full sense of the excitement.

Rose stood up, walking to the edge of the box and using binoculars to watch.
