She soon paced with her.

Max rested his head back.

"Are you coming with us?"

Riley eventually managed to get her form under control after several hours and once she was in a solid enough state she sat closer to him.

He moved to slide an arm around her

She shook her head

"Oh.. you'll keep Zion safe?"

Riley bite her lip, leaning very gently into his hold.

Max smiled softly

Hayden nodded

It was a major struggle for her to remain this way but she was managing it.

"Thank you..."

“You’re doing well.”

Hayden nodded. “We’re family it’s what we do.”

"It's really difficult... I-I have something I need to tell you.."

She nodded.

"Then tell me."

Hayden smiled softly.

Ana eventually sat back down.

Riley stared at her lap shyly. "I-.. I like you.. a lot.."

Max looked to her. "I like you a lot too."

Hayden smiled softly as she watched her.

"No.. I mean.. not like a friend or family..."

She cradled her son close.

Hayden moved to join her little family.

"I know what you mean, I mean it that way too."

Ana watched Zion sleep.

"Y-you.. d-do?.."

He nodded

For the first time all day and night she managed to remain in a solid form, her cheeks rosy pink.

He smiled softly as he watched her

She bit her lip, looking away from him for a moment.

He moved to rest his head against the wall closing his eyes

She stayed beside him.

He held her close

Riley blushed bright red.

He smiled slightly

"Wh-why didn't y-you say any-anything?", She whispered after several minutes of silence.

“I’m guessing for the same reason that you didn’t.”
