Karina reached for his hand and lifted it up to hold his palm against her cheek. Leaning her head into his palm and closing her eyes; "There aren't any words for this moment."

Aodhän mumbled something incoherent under his breath when the emerald green fabric covering the windows shifted with the breeze, causing the sunlight to hit his face. Turning away, he searched for Isolde to bury his face against her tiredly.

"The sun is too bright this morning," Aodhän mumbled quietly in complaint, face burying into her hair as he took in a deep breath. Curling his fingers to grip onto her waist a little tighter.

"How was it - I mean... how are you? Have you been sleeping since it has been over?"

"It's bright today. Spring must be near, I wish it would go away for a few more hours though."

"So now we are here you will sleep well? I don't have to.. prepare myself in case you wake up with war nightmares?" Karina enquired cautiously. "This isn't shameful now, Emmett. You've been through - well that's the worst part, I don't even have any idea how brutal this one was so you need to tell me if you've had night terrors."

"It doesn't worry me, I just want you to be honest with me." Karina whispered. "So I understand if I wake up and you are on the edge of the bed or... or pacing. Please tell me."

"Days? No it hasn't been days."

"Okay, so I just need to be cautious- got it." Karina whispered, leaning in to press her lips to his cheek. "And you - you feel okay? Mentally... physically? Nothing your hiding from me?"

"I'm so tired." Aodhän groaned. "Don't make me get up."

"Good. I need five more days st least." He groaned, "It's all hit me."

"Shiuld we lay then? Try to sleep?"

"It has been a long day, it takes awhile to get here." Karina whispered. "And even if we don't sleep, to lay the four of us. It sounds heavenly, doesn't it? I met many humans over the past year who all rolled their eyes when I told them my husband was an angel, if only they knew - could you imagine?"

"I'll get up soon, in an hour... maybe two. Look after you then."

"Oh I knew they wouldn't believe me and I adored being able to boast about you without you being in ear shot; so no big head to deal with." Karina laughed.

"You're still hurt... still recovering."

"Mm, no I don't believe that." Karina tutted, laying down on the bed - careful not to wake the toddlers. "You don't gush."

"Mm," Aodhän hummed, already close to fast asleep once more.

"No, no you gushed. If you spoke a normal amount then they wouldn't have gotten sick of it because most of your men like me." Karina laughed; reaching her arm out for him. "Come on... lay down."

"There is a rabbit in that direction," Dmitri warned quietly, perched on a bemch in the fae forest. Eyes staring blindly ahead, though he cocked his head after a moment to stretch his neck. "The direction your facing, I- I think? If you're facing to my left."

"It's loud, clumsy." Dmitri snorted softly in amusement. "It isn't blending in at all to me."

"My hearing was... loud before but this is overwhelming." He admitted quietly. "It's like when I first turned all over again."
