"There's gotta be some nice people here..." She whispered.

"Mhm, me."

"What about your guy friend? And Elliot? And my Di-" she paused and crinkled up her nose. "Them. What about them?"

Damian rolle his eyes at him. "You know I trust you, idiot."

Stefan rolled his eyes

Max held her close and tightly.

"Damian is a dickhead too, a harmless one though. I don't know that other dude." Alessia mumbled. "Damian knows him, he hit him with a car once or something... or maybe the other way around. I don't know."

"Start talking like it then." He chuckled.

“So what’s the deal with you and the alphas daughter anyway?”

"No deal, she's a good kid who fell in love with a human. Traumatised from what resulted from it. She just needs a community."

“And taking her back to the same pack will do that?” He asked. “Say she does defeat her parents what’s stopping the rest of the pack turning on her or refusing to follow her?”

"I know them, they were my pack too. My family. They won't do that."

She nuzzled her face in his neck, breathing in his scent. It felt so different to her now.

Sophia nodded. "I know Elliot. I've known him for ages."

“For her sake and yours I hope so.” He told him as he pulled a shirt on.

Max smiled softly gently kissing her head

Rylee smiled brightly at this, since she could truly feel it now. "Thank you," she still spoke softly but there was also a small difference in her tone as she turned to look at Alice and Frankie.

Alice smiled softly. “Go and enjoy.”

Rylee nodded. "Wait I uhhh... what exactly is the bracelet for? Is that where the magic is."

"Yeah? What's he like?" She hummed softly.

Elliot snorted softly in amusment. "You have a very doomsday mentality."

"Elliot? He's cool. Stands up for what he believes in.. "

“Most vampires do.” He reminded him with a small smile.

“The bracelet holds the magic to keep you in a solid form if you ever want to go back to not having a splid form for whatever reason or period of time you just take it off.” Alice explained

"No, no they don't. Just you, and the others who are doom and gloom. You must stop assuming everyone is like you, Damian, it isn't a good look."

"Cool? Right..." She mumbled, resting her head againstvthe arm of the sofa and closing her eyes. "You don't need to babysit me by the way. You can go, if you want."

“Okay I’ll rephrase most vampires I’ve met with Stefan and Alessia being the exception, do.” He told him. “Be not many vampires come to think of it.”

"You've barely met anyone." Elliot laughed. "You're such a hermit."

He shrugged. “Well I was only able to go out in the sun again a month ago thanks to the angels that live upstairs.” He told him with a laugh. “By the way did you meet them yet? That Alice chick is odd but cool.”

"Mm, no. No I haven't met anyone."

“You should meet them, especially Alice and there are two werewolves here that you might like Nate and Hayden.”

:I don't know, most werewolves irritate me unless they are from the pack."

She shrugged a shoulder. "Easiest way to describe him. I'll let you rest. If you need me, you remember where my room is?" Sophia crossed the room to the door.
