She slid her hand into his

he kissed her knuckles.

She smiled softly gaining a small blush

"All these kids adore you," he told her knowingly.

She smiled softly. “I am technically their aunt.” She told him. “I like to be a fun one.”

"I know you are and that's good for them, they need someone like that."

She smiled softly though her mind seemed to be elsewhere as she wondered about their future

"Shall we head inside now?"

She nodded. “Seems like a good idea.”

He wrapped an arm around her shoulders and led her back inside. "How would you feel about us going to the island alone for a while?"

She shrugged. “I don’t mind, like I said I’ve got enough time off work, the others have work so it would have ended up being just the two of us anyway.”

He nodded, kissing the side of her head.

She kissed his lips gently. “I’m going to head up to bed, do you want to come?”

"Yeah, it's been a long day."

She smiled softly and she slid her hand into his heading ipstairs

Holding her hand in his, he followed her upstairs.

She brought him to her room and she shut the door behind him, only moving away from him to get undressed for bed. “Have you noticed that our families are very eager for us to have children?”

He went with her, moving to get his night clothes from his bag. "My brother seems to think that we're next."

She nodded. “I noticed.”

"I'm not sure why that is but.. I'm okay if it is."

She nodded. “Me too.”

"Yeah? You sure?"

She nodded. “I don’t think it’s a secret that I want children.” She told him. “I just didn’t know your stance on it, Damian always told me that you weren’t keen on kids.”

"I was more focused on work, that's true but I've also never really had the reason to think about kids."

“Me neither I mean finding my bond wasn’t in my list of priorities.” She admitted. “But now I have I have a life to think about that I didn’t really have.”
