"All they are are crappy movies though," He pointed out, still laughing. "Come on, Violet, I'm not that naive."

"Mm, but me and your mother worry about you. It's not nice not knowing where you are," Klaus replied

"I did say in my note to not worry." Vanessa shrugged, "Not my fault if you didn't listen."

"That's what they all say, and then an hour and a half and a bucket of popcorn later they do that really cheesy kiss with the crappy musical build up behind it."

"But this is real life, backing tracks don't exhaust in real life situations, just like we don't have our own theme songs. Look at you, being all negative again though, quit it and look at the room we got." He replied, opening the door and glancing around at it. "Well... It could be worse."

Klaus just shrugged, "It's not the point, Ness."

"And it could be better." Violet pointed out.

Vanessa just shrugged, "I don't need watching over all the time."

"And there's the negativity again," Malvolio laughed, throwing his bag down into the corner, saying a simple, "See ya later, Viol," before walking off to find the girl.

"But we still want to know where you are, your not old enough to go off on your own yet Ness,"

"But I want to! I should be allowed to!"

The girl was on the top deck, leaning over the railings to look at the water.

Klaus just shook his head and picked her up, heading back onwards the house silently.

"Hi," Malvolio greeted as he leant against the railings beside her.

The girl looked towards him, "Hi." she returned the greeting.

Vanessa crossed her arms over her shoulders and pouted even more at being picked up.

"I'm Malvolio,"

"You have another ten, eleven years to go before you can even think about going off on your own without asking us, Nessa,"

"Why do I have to do what you say, but you don't have to do what I say? It's hardly fair!"

"Good to know." The girl smirked, taking her gaze off him and back onto the ocean.

"What's your name," He asked, starting to sound rather irritated that she wasn't being all that talkative. Glancing from her to the ocean.

"Because I'm your father." Klaus replied bluntly.

Vanessa just scowled. "You're mean, that's what you are."

"Why do you want to know?"

Malvolio just shrugged, "Just because I do. Why're you so hesitant to tell me?"

"I've been called much worse, Ness, don't worry."

"Because I was always taught to be wary of strangers."

"Oh I'm not worrying, and I could call you much worse, I could call you the stuff that Auntie Bekah calls you."

He got the bill and he paid. "I'll walk you home."

((guys its snowing!! well where i am at least lol))

(( it was snowing a few hours ago where I am but only up on the hills xD ))

"Okay," Kaida smiled, heading out of the restaurant and towards her own home.

Klaus just shook his head at her, placing her on her feet once they got back into the house and he'd closed the door behind them.

"But I'm not that strange," Malvolio grinned

As they got outside, Elijah slid his jacket over her due to it suddenly snowing and he walked with her to his place.

Kaida gave him a grateful smile, telling him with a quiet laugh, "Now you'll get cold,"

"I think it's my judgement that counts when it comes to that."

Vanessa turned around and stuck her tongue out at him, before heading upstairs to her room

((it's snowing here, just not laying))

"That doesn't really bother me."

(( We rarely get snow, yet alone have it stick. Stupid coastal part of Wales xD ))

"You think I'm strange then? We've only just met though." Malvolio pointed out, "You don't know that I'm strange yet, that comes later."

Klaus just laughed quietly before heading into the livingroom.

Kaida laughed quietly as she walked, "Your crazy," she whispered, handing his jacket back to him once they were outside her front door.

"You just randomly came over to me and asked my name, that's a little strange to me."

"I hate you!" Vanessa shouted down.

"Actually, I came over and said 'Hi.'." Malvolio pointed out with a quiet laugh, "Dont lie about how this conversation started."
