"Almost six years is a very long time." Kol countered.

Vanessa put her coat on and slipped on her shoes, waiting at the door for Astrid.

Alaricck walked in and he looked at them. "Is it ok if I stay at Anna's tonight? Her parents are on a weekend away and she doesn't want to be left in the house on her own."

Trinity: watched him go before putting everything away and leaving the window open a crack to help dry the paint and let the scent of the paint leave the house. Heading into what was now her room she gathered up clean things and went for a quick shower

"Not when we're immortal, pretty boy," She replied with a quiet laugh, putting her own coat on and offering Vanessa her hand, "Ready to go?"

Klaus shook his head as he listened to Astrid and Kol

Malvolio drifted off into a light sleep.

Trinity: sometime after her shower her hair still a bit damp she returned to the bedroom and smiled softly watching him sleep for a moment. Quietly walking over she laid down down beside him and gave his arm a very light shake Mal, I'm back now.. she whispered softly

"Mm, hey Trin." Malvolio greeted with a yawn, blinking his eyes open.

Vanessa nodded, taking her hand with a smile.

"Longer than I've ever lasted!" Kol called after her

"Proud of you for that," She called back with a quiet laugh before leaving the house with Vanessa and heading towards the park, asking her sister happy, "How're you feeling?"

Klaus shook his head a bit, "What's going on with you and Astrid?"

"Playful banter and the occasional violent gesture on her behalf, I would retaliate but she doesn't have accelerated healing or a high pain threshold like we do."

"A little bored, daddy's lessons are mind numbing."

Trinity: Hey there. she whispered smiling softly You can keep sleeping it's alright, maybe I'll take a short nap with you.

Astrid laughed quietly, "He's only trying to help you, if you went to a school it'd be worse, I hear."

"Wouldn't of expected you two to get that close," Klaus replied with a quiet laugh.

"Mm, I'll go back to sleep if you sleep too." Malvolio hummed quietly.

"We live in the same house. It's hard not to bond."

"I want to go to school. He says no."

Trinity: Mm alright she hummed with a small yawn lowering herself down to lay beside him

"That isn't the point I was making," He replied before asking, "Are we going?"

"Maybe he's just scared to lose you," Astrid suggested quietly, shrugging a little bit.

Malvolio wrapped an arm around her waist.

Trinity: shifted closer to him when he did that wanting to actually wrap her arms around him and get as close as she could but not doing so

Malvolio pulled her up against him and rested his head just above hers, closing his eyes with a yawn.

"What like mom?" Vanessa replied bluntly. "Because last I checked I'm safe.

"Yup, we're meeting Finn at the bar." Kol nodded as he headed out of the house and towards a bar.

Trinity: took a brief moment before wrapping her arms tightly around him and tucking her head under his

"Sleep tight," Malvolio whispered.

Trinity: Night Mal she whispered closing her eyes

Malvolio didn't respond to that, already fast asleep.

"Wouldnt know." Vanessa pointed out. "People always ask me if I miss her, and I kinda do, but I dont
even remember her all that much."

Once in there, Kol headed to the bar where Finn was already waiting with a round. Koll grinned and greeted his brother before taking his drink and almost downing it.

Trinity: glanced up at him laughing softly

"It'll be it's resting to see how much you can take now you haven't drank in so long, same with me, actually." Klaus mused, taking his own drink and downing it.

Astrid just gave a small nod, whispering quietly, "I miss her."

Malvolio didn't respond, sleeping peacefully.

"You both need to get out more." Finn mused, Kol just nodded around his glass before finishing it and ordering another.

"I hate you sometimes. No offence. But you got to get to know her, and you weren't too much of a baby to forget almost everything about her. All I've got is a picture and a pillow."
