Tatia smiled, before pulling away and walking from the room, leading him with her as she still held his hand.

"Okay," Astrid whispered quietly, "What's your reason for it then?" she asked curiously, "You haven't told me."

Klaus followed quietly.

"I can't stay living with my siblings forever can I? Finn moved out with his kids ages ago, Rebekah spends half of her time in Paris and Rome and other places travelling, so it's not like she really lives at home any more, Elijah never really lived with us anyway, and isn't likely to any time soon since his wife should be having a baby soon too - Not that I can really see him as a dad, mind you. - That just leaves me, pestering my big brother and his little family now, I need to move on and they need space."

Tatia led him downstairs before she let go of his hand and headed into the kitchen, where Vanessa was waiting for them quietly. Tatia instantly knew what she want and put on the kettle to make her hot chocolate.

Astrid just gave a nod and reached her hand over to rest on his leg gently, whispering assuringly, "We'll get used to it quick,"

"You okay today Ness?" Klaus asked.

"I'm sure we will," Kol agreed.

Vanessa nodded quietly as she watched her mother.

Astrid just nodded, briefly glancing over to watch him drive before looking out of the window happily with a small smile.

"Good,"

Kol just focused on the road then.

Vanessa smiled when Tatia handed her her drink, before going to sit in the living room with it quietly.

Every so often, Astrid would glance to him contently before looking back out the window. Not seeming to be able to decide where to look.

Klaus watched Vanessa leave the room quietly.

"I'm just praying she stays this way," Tatia murmured. "I'm just waiting for her to snap again,"

Kol occasionally glanced to her too.

"She probably will snap again when the baby comes," Klaus replied with a small sigh, "When we start spending a little less time with her."

"Least we're going to get away from the screaming baby when it comes, hm?"

"Finns offered to have her a little more often to distract her, but he doesn't get back off of holiday for a week or so, so if the baby comes on time or early then that offer isn't much use to us if she snaps instantly..."

"Ness was a quiet baby, so I wasn't too worried about that."

Klaus just gave a nod and sighed, replying, "Hopefully she won't snap instantly."

"Mm, not all babies are the same though. Just like not all people are the same." She replied with a quiet laugh, adding, "Ness will probably get really grumpy, too, when they have it."

Tatia nodded, before pressing her hand to her stomach with a small wince.

Klaus frowned when she winced, resting his hand on her back gently.

When they got I the house, Astrid got out of the car and opened the boot. Bringing one of the suitcases into the house happily.

Kol grabbed the other, locking the car up before heading into the house behind her.

Tatia let out a deep breath through her teeth. "Ow," she murmured quietly.

Astrid just left the suitcase in the hallway and wandered into the livingroom. Glancing around it with a bright smile as she sat herself down on the sofa. "This'll be so perfect," She hummed contently.

"Is the baby coming?"

"I- I don't know," Tatia shrugged, wincing again. "I'm not ruling it out though."

Kol smiled at her reaction, sitting down next to her.

"At first I hated those witches for not letting me live my life like I was suppose to, the whole mortal way. Now I'm so glad they did put that spell on me and woke me up when they did." Astrid whispered, hugging him gently as she added, "Thank you for being so great, pretty boy,"

Klaus frowned, "As soon as you know let me know."

Tatia nodded before suddenly grabbing his hand and squeezing it hard enough to break it, "Okay, I think it's coming..." she hissed sharply.

Kol just kissed the top of her head gently.

Klaus frowned deeply then, "Okay, lets get you to the hospital then."

Astrid smiled and kissed him on the lips in return.

Kol moved to gently pin her against the sofa as he kissed her jaw.

"Since Finn isn't back you'll have to call one of your Hybrids to watch Vanessa," Tatia pointed out as she squeezed Klaus' hand tighter. "The one that lives with Elijah in the Salvatore house, she's the only one I trust to not hurt her, since she wouldn't risk it with living with Elijah."

"You okay mommy?" Vanessa asked as she came into the kitchen, having heard her name mentioned.

"Mommys fine sweetheart," Tatia nodded convincingly.

Klaus let out a deep sigh and gave a nod, pulling his movile from his pocket and making a quick call. Telling Vanessa, "We need to get the baby from hospital, Ness, don't open the door to anyone. One of my hybrids'll be round soon and she'll let herself in to look after you." he told her.

Astrid laughed quietly and leant towards his kisses, closing her eyes.

"We can't leave her on her own Nik." Tatia shook her head, "I'll be fine until someone gets here to watch her."

Kol moved to kiss down her neck.

"She'll be fine, Falin won't take long to get here." Klaus grumbled quietly, "We need to get you out of here."

Astrid leant her head back to give him more room.

"Labour can take hours, I don't want Vanessa left alone." Tatia snapped back, before murmuring a quiet apology, as she hadn't meant to talk to him like that.

Kol gently snaked a hand under her shirt, taking the edges and pulling it off of her.
