Aria was just peacefully sleeping, almost uncomfortable looking though, on the floor where she'd been dropped by Miram.

Miram scrambled to her feet, choking as she rubbed her throat and she abruptly left through the window.

Aria woke up in the early morning, stretching out slowly on the bed and humming contently.

Ian was fiddling with his phone in the kitchen, frowning deeply at something.

Kai was in the backyard, drinking from a person he'd lured back to the house.

Faye was out the front of the house, trying to stifle a deep wound in Tuesday's chest and shoulder while avoiding skin contact. She'd managed to drag her to the doorstep and had banged her fist on the door to try and get someone to help, keeping half of her attention on the tree line.

"What happened?" Sirius asked her as he healed Tuesday.

Rachel watched him from the doorway, wearing her silk dressing gown.

"What's the matter?" Scarlet asked him.

Scareth was asleep in a chair by the window keeping watch over Aria as Jess done the same with Lucy.

"I don't know. I really don't know, fuck, there was something out there. Stood on two legs, wasn't an animal or anything like that, but I scared it off when I came out, not before it took a chunk out of mom. Vampire maybe? Shit, I don't know." Faye slowly took her hands away as Sirius took over. Her fingers were bloody and very faintly trembling.

Kai slowly lifted his head as he sensed Rachel, licking at his lips absently before he asked, "Want some?"

"Nothing yet. I'm just thinking."

Aria blinked around blearily, frowning sleepily at Scareth in the chair before she slowly climbed from the bed and ambled towards the bathroom, stifling a yawn in her hand.

Jess was just wandering through the halls.

"Y-You don't need help or anything?" Faye wrung her hands together nervously.

Kai nodded, ducking his head to start feeding again.

"I'm sure." Ian nodded.

Aria wandered downstairs slowly, obviously going to get breakfast.

She walked into the house as she felt a cold draft.

"Alright then." She kissed his forehead.

Jess joined her after a few minutes.

Faye nodded and quietly slipped inside to look for Rosco, staring at the blood on her hand and still faintly trembling.

Tuesday was starting to slowly twitch awake, eyelids fluttering.

When Kai was done, he dragged the body to the words and walked back inside, walking to the bathroom to clean the blood from his hands and face.

Ian smiled up at her, moving to gently take her hand and pulling it to his mouth to kiss.

Aria didn't register she was there for a moment before weakly flinching as she saw Jess move from the corner of her eye.

Rachel walked into the bathroom still only wearing the dressing gown.

"Hey," Kai murmured as he dried his hands and face with a towel, briefly ruffling his hair since he'd gently damped it with water from the sink.

Faye followed the sound of the piano until she was stood just inside the doorway. Her trembling was more noticeable now.

Tuesday blinked slowly, focusing on him after about half a minute.

"Sorry...I'm not used to other people in the house yet...or other people in general. I-I haven't left much since I came back, e-except for that walk in the f-forest with you."

"You coming with me and Hayden to the stream today?"

"Hey." He smiled softly at her, he was sitting on the edge of their bed after he brought her to their room and lay her on the bed.

"Umm, no I think I'm going to stay here."

"You want me to leave so you can have a shower or something?"

Faye slowly shuffled to the other side of the room and huddled herself into the corner so she could press her forehead to her knees and silently have a panic attack.

Tuesday mumbled something but didn't seem able to make proper sentences yet, slurring her words gently.

"Did you come downstairs for breakfast too? I'm not sure if I'm hungry, but I don't want to wake Scareth for the thirst..."

"Are you sure? Thought we were gonna make it a family day out."

Jess shook her head. "No, Death is meant to be here in a few minutes."

"Yeah, the little one didn't settle all night so I haven't had much sleep."

Kai leaned down to gently kiss her.

Faye flinched almost violently, head jerking up to look at him.

Tuesday shook her head slowly, trying to get up into a sitting position. "O-Outside," she managed, before struggling to make words again, frowning.

Aria cringed. "I-I don't want to be here for that. I'm g-going to go back upstairs."

"You should have woken me up to help. You can sleep on the grass of the riverbank if you want. I just don't want to leave you on your own when you're due any day now."

Kai slowly pulled away and kissed the top of her head. "Plans for today?"

Faye slowly held her bloodstained hands out, palms up. "I-I'm going to get punished. B-Badly, I-I'm scared, I brought her back when s-she went, that's an abuse of p-power..." She started shaking again.

"B-Blood and o-others," Tuesday managed to whisper in a near silent voice, clenching her hands by her neck. "D-Don't know w-what."

Aria nodded before quickly making her way back upstairs, peering in on Lucy and Scareth to see if they were still sleeping.

"I'm worried though. Cain is too."
